Easy to hold and manipulate.

I'm using these 3-lb weights during warm-up stretching, and for arm "curls" and toning exercises halfway through my treadmill routine. I like everything about them--size, heft, composition, non-slip surface, and neutral color. They replaced the 2-lb (rusting) weights that came with my treadmill.

This order was not as described. It claims to have 2 pair and there is only one pair. I want to report this as false advertising! I would never pay 50.00 for 1 pair of dumbells.

At last, dumbbells the right size and. fit for me. I greatly enjoy using them. Thanks very much.
