Two Stitches: Jewelry Projects in Peyote & Right Angle Weave (Bead Inspirations)

This is such a solid book with so much great advice regarding woven jewelry as a whole that even if you're not past beginner projects or use entirely different beadweaving techniques, it's still a great addition to your library. As an entirely book-taught beader of over fifteen years, there is a great variety of projects and each are fun, beautiful, and just the right amount of challenging. Nelson-Smith's colourways are electric and fabulous and make for great conversation starters, and the architectural components are very interchangeable for those past intermediate experience. The instructions are very easy follow and the diagrammes smart and direct...resources in the front are pictures for ease in identifying materials you'll need, and the back has a full glossary that is helpful when working multiple projects at once. I rarely rate a beading book 10/10, but this one definitely earns that distinction. Looking forward to more great projects and insight in the future from Nelson-Smith!

I ordered this book to add to my collection. I thought I knew about ropes but there are some great ideas in these pages. I know the stitches and with the different beads and colors you can make amazing things. I recommend this book.

Love the ideas in this book. They are quite quirky which suits me down to the ground. Can't wait to get started and really get to grips with right angle weave which is a stitch I haven't really used much yet.

The projects are good, but I didn't find the instructions totally clear on first read. It's probably me being stupid, but things came out a lot smaller that I expected, from the pictures.
