Lacks the room a man needs
The briefs run large. I normally wear a 32-33 medium but took a chance on the small size and it fits just like a medium. Regarding the fit its like it wasn't made for a man. They are almost completely flat in front. There is only the barest hint of a pouch. Appears well made.
