I like that this blanket is light, but gives a good warmth. I now can just use the blanket without the comforter. Would buy again

Wasn't as soft as it looks. But it is only to cover up with over sheets. But love the color and siE was perfect. Came quick.

We all go for this blanket before any other. I received the navy blue blanket as a gift last year and just purchased two more. If you are hot natured or maturing this is a blessing. We live in North Texas and have crazy weather that can go from freezing to 80+ the next day. We layer this under a duvet or cotton quilt on the cold days but usually use it by it’s self in the summer. Our youngest teen requested this as a gift for Christmas. He sleeps very hot and this seems to help him sleep through the night, layered without a top sheet under a light summer duvet. He had been using the blue queen on a full bed but could not tuck in the sides I intentionally over shrank it so this was expected he now has the king on his full bed with room to spare. The weave is similar to a oversized thermal or seersucker texture, (tip of pinky sized welts if you shrink it) this allows your body heat to escape and air to circulate but still keeps you warm. This isn’t something so warm that you have to hang and foot or leg out of to cool off. We prefer the Hillfare brand because it snags less especially with cats. Yes there is lint, you need to watch your dryer, that it is the nature of the product and not a defect. I’m not sure why people are expecting less lint in a 100% cotton product. The cream and navy blankets pictured as bottom and top were washed on a sanitary cycle for intentional shrinkage the middle cream is unwashed. The striped blanket is (not a Amazon purchase) a bamboo and cotton mix, is pic to just give you and idea if you are searching; it still sleeps well but needs a top sheet and blanket to prevent snagging from toes and cats, the texture over stretches and lays closer to the body than the 100% cotton by Hillfair. We like that Hillfair is a thicker, rougher weave because it supports the structure of the waffle texture. You won’t be disappointed if you read reviews, think it through and size up before purchase. Best gift ever!!!

I wasn't fully satisfied with this blanket, however, I cannot say that it is totally bad. I purchased the Queen size navy blanket and it is rather heavy and definitely not soft. It is not scratchy, it is more rough feeling and did release a lot of lint after the first wash and dry. What I do like about it though, is that it is breathable, not too thin or too thick and if the temperature in your room changes often as it does in mine then it would be great. In the middle of the night my room tends to get warm and I am constantly uncovering myself with other blankets, but then I suddenly get cold and have to cover myself again. This blanket meets in the middle.

This blanket arrived very flat in the package, not at all waffley, but it came to life after I washed it. Puffy and soft. A great blanket.

I was really excited for the blanket but as soon as it arrived I knew it would be a return. It had a faded type quality to the colour and wasn't very soft. I returned it which was pretty hassle-free and bought something else.

Exact same colour as described, lots of over hang on our king bed. Very nice light weight blanket for the summer!

On first blush did not seem as good in quality as my old one and I was concerned it might not be warm enough, but after using it for a while I find it is comfortable and warm and perfect for our Canadian winters

This blanket is absolutely cozy, it provides just the right amount warmth. Even my husband says he is sleeping more comfortably with this blanket.
