Winsor & Newton Cotman 7-Piece Brush Set (5304100)

This set of brushes is a great value. The Cotman brand is said to be student grade, but I found them to be well made, with quality materials. In my opinion, every bit as nice as the more expensive "professional" grade brushes. There is a nice spring in the tips and they shape right up after use. I also like the nice assortment of brush sizes. I purchased these with the Cotman set of 10 tubes of water colors. I highly recommend this set of brushes as well as the Cotman water colors. They are both very high quality.

Good peice for a set of winsor and newton

I am definitely the lowest of beginners but the brushes work very well. They have a great edge, they don't shed, and they arrived exactly as promised.

Great brushes allowing a great deal of control over the brush strokes you make. I'm an amateur, but these brushes were well worth the price.

These brushes as expected are well made and look as if they will last but so far haven't found this a particularly useful selection of brushes. Would have like one or two larger rounds to be included instead of what are all rather small ones.

Bought these brushes for model kit making and so far they have proven really good quality.

A good value pack of w/c brushes ideal for the begginer. Would go well with a set of Cotman paint and make a nice present for the budding artist in your life.

A good selection of fine brushes. They are a pleasure to paint with and well worth the money as I've payed far more before for brushes of this quality.

Really pleased with these brushes, you get seven in a pack. They do not shed hair and are really nice to use.
