Skeeter Screen 90800 Spreadable Insect Deterrent, 4-Pound

Unfortunately this product is not labeled well and did NOT mention anywhere that it appears to be a liquid blend applied to corn hulls to dispense around mosquito affected allergies. I had no idea until we opened the amazon box (not expecting this product in our food box) and my daughter broke out in hives on her face just from the dust this product had on the outside as the bottle top was slightly loss. I called the company and confirmed that this is indeed CORN. My daughter has anaphylactic allergies so not labeling products like this is incredibly disheartening.

Had to give it one star even though I'd prefer to give it a BIG ol FAT ZERO!!! I sprinkled it around and it wasn't working so I placed some in a dish😒STILL wasn't working so I placed some in a bowl🤔 STILL wasn't working and I frikkin gave up when I stood IN the BOWL and 2 mosquitoes arrogantly landed on my ankles a mere inch from this repellent! I guess my mosquitoes are either suffering from a cold or are of the genuine DGAF variety either way it didn't work at ALLL!!! The vicious wee BasTURDs had their regular meal on my legs and one I'm sure shot me the bird!If you can get it to work more power to ya!

I live next to a bayou and the mosquitos are HORRIBLE. Every time I go out to water the flowers, I am covered with bites, even when wearing insect repellant. I was looking for something non-toxic to put out since my flower beds are designed to draw butterflies and bees and I didn't want to kill them with something designed to kill or repel mosquitos. When I spread this stuff first before going in the yard, it is a noticable difference in the mosquito attacks. The only problem is that it only lasts for about 7 to 10 days. So, I have to keep applying it every week or so.

I live in South Florida, aka Mosquito Capital of the World. Every Friday night I sprinkle a small handful of this stuff along the wall of my patio and I am mozzy free the whole weekend. I have a dog and she just leaves it alone. Looks kinda like sawdust on the floor. Has a slight citronella smell.

This stuff worked great! We had a TON of annoying mosquitos all over our yard. They were migrating from the river a couple miles away. It was like a mosquito apocalypse in our neighborhood.. we couldn’t even go outside for 2 minutes without getting bit. They were trying to breed in our flower bed under our flowers where it was wet. So we sprinkled it on the flowers and in the flower bed, and ALL around the lawn in the grass. The next day, the mosquitoes actually weren’t too bad after that!! I didn’t have to gear up like I was going out for world war 3 when I went outside. And the mosquitoes left the flower bushes alone! It was wonderful!!!

I bought this product to spread around our sitting area in the backyard. By the next day, anywhere this product landed it burned the grass as if grass killer was applied. It may possibly have deterred mosquitoes from being in that area, but it did much more damage than the money I'll receive for returning it. I may need to reseed the lawn in that whole area. Terrible!

I was skeptical when my wife first bought this at Home Depot. I used it and it worked so well I went for more. They were out of this brand so I got another which did not work. Luckily found on Amazon.
