BarnelB3200 6-Inch Grape, Flower & Bonsai Garden Scissors

Two of the scissors have good enough action, but not as loose as I would like. The third pair's blades rub and are unusable. Spend more for a better brand.The scissors don't say where they are made either.Multiple different colored handles came on the 3 pairs I ordered. I was hoping for the beige handles in the item's picture.
