This is 12 packages of Delba Fitness bread and each package contains 7 thin slices of bread. I freeze the packages and thaw as needed. I like the bread toasted. Sometimes individual packages or 3-packs are offered. Other varieties such as pumpernickle, sunflower seed, and rye by Mestemacher are also good.
