New Aftermarket High Pressure Fuel Pump Fits for Genuine N53/N54/N55 Engine 135i 335i 335ix 535i 535ix X5 X6 3.0L

I’m a professional mechanic and I put this on my personal 2008 335i (stock) and it works, the only this I noticed was the outlet fuel line threads aren’t great, so I threaded the line on it not connected to the fuel rail the first time to make sure it was properly securing the fuel line, I suggest you do the same. I’ve only driven 5 miles or so but it’s making correct pressure runs good so I’m being optimistic. I daily drive the car 60 miles round trip a day and will update this if I have any problems or even if I sell the car, if it works out it’s an amazing deal. I was literally fixing to order a $500 fcp pump and notice this had a warranty with no review and figured it was worth the risk. It only take me an hour to swap it out, drive local and I have others cars so was a no brainer for me.Update- I sold the car about 5-10k miles later and never had a problem. I’d still buy it again

This item surprisingly lasted over 1 year, but as many have reported, these pumps ultimately fail at maintaining the proper fuel pressure. With a warranty of 2 years, this vendor is failing to respond to my inquiry for replacement and Amazon directly declines any responsibility related to warranty outside of the first 30 day window.Buyers beware. Cheap high pressure fuel pump options don't typically last.

I purchased this HPFP after thorough research. The one on FCP was 719 and this one was much cheaper. There weren’t a lot of reviews on this particular one, but based on what I saw compared to others, this was worth a try. I installed and it seems to have taken care of all my issues with my 5 series. I used BimmerLink to check the specs and they are well within what the car needs to run it’s best. Time will tell but I’ll be sure to provide an update in the coming weeks or if something negative happens.Update: I’ve put 1000 miles on this pump so far and it’s been fantastic.

Price was great

This fuel pump lasted a little over a month there is a reason it costs less than half of what a reliable part would cost i took a chance and now im out a couple hundred bucks learn from my mistake if it sounds too good to be true it usually is

Held less PSI than my ALREADY BAD stock one. Drove 9 miles. Stalled 200 feet from home driveway so bad to jack up the car in the MIDDLE OF THE STREET to put it in Neutral (2011 + ZF8 has a manual screw to put in neutral), then push rest of the way.

I was skeptical given the comments but it works great.

I rolled the dice on getting this part despite the poor reviews and now I regret it. Now even a day later it failed - ISTA also confirmed it was faulty after running a test plan on the fuel system. Please, remove this garbage from Amazon.
