My original earbud cam L1 R1 & L2 R2, this earbud only came wit two sets of L1 R2 gels. Needless to say the gels are too small and fall out.

I can hear video and the other person on the other end but they can't hear me.

My dad always told me you get what you paid for. At times, I can only hear audio on the right side and no one can hear me if I use while talking on the phone. The sound is clear, but the set I'm using now are not even a month old.

On calls, those on the other end sound distant and the microphone / hardware on these adds a tremendous amount of distortion. There are strange reverberations as you’re using these and folks on the other end (while on a phone call) can barely make out what you are saying, making these essentially nonfunctional. I would toss it up to chance if it weren’t for the fact that I received two sets and experienced the same poor quality on both. Tried a different brand / set with no issues, and without a set for a control experiment. I can’t recommend these at all.
