Great continuation of the story
I am a huge Halo fan. I remember playing Halo: Combat Evolved for the first time and being blown away by the story. Halo 5 is a great extension to the story and also brings a great multiplayer experience we have come to expect. The story itself is engaging and I enjoyed following the few twists. The cut scenes look amazing and can be mistaken for a live action movie at times. These amazing graphics extend into game play as well with beautiful landscapes. During a mission you might be fighting your way through a corridor to have the small space exploded into a massive outdoor expanse. The game makers spent a lot of time with many of the details and you can defiantly tell. The game play is just as you have come to expect from previous games. Your button layout can be easily changed to fit your fighting style. There are a few new abilities that you will learn to use to help you along the way. Your favorite weapons are back with a few more added, some of them are good and others not but figuring that out is half the fun anyway. One of the biggest and most frustrating drawbacks to this game is the fact that you cannot play split screen, neither coop campaign nor multiplayer. This bothered me so bad that I almost dropped a star off my review. In the end I couldn't bring myself to do that. In order to play the campaign with a friend you must connect with them over Xbox live, which means they must have their own console and their own copy of the game. I feel like this might be a nasty to ploy to help boost sales. I wont lie this really frustrated me when my buddy came over to play and we ended up having to take turns in single player.I haven't had a lot of time with multiplayer but the little I have had has been a positive experience. I am still learning a bit about the req system. It seems like a nice new change that keeps things interesting but not to dramatic that it changes the complete feel of the game. I do like how they have increased the number of players and have also incorporated AI players into the mix as well. Again this adds a fresh competent that keeps things from getting old.Lastly this limited edition does come with the metal guardian figure. I haven't completely finished putting mine together yet but I have done enough to be able to issue a warning. Be very careful when removing the pieces from the 'sheet' that they all come attached to. If you are not carful, you will end up separating pieces from each other that are supposed to go together. I learned this after attempting to remove my first piece and broke a piece off on accident. Mostly my fault for not being careful but they can be a pain in the neck to get off the sheet. Also bring a pair of needle nose pliers when you sit down to work on this... you'll need them.I highly recommend this game to anyone that is ok with violence and mild gore. It is rated 'teen' so it is not terrible but you do have a gun shooting aliens so if you didn't know that already, there you go. I hope you enjoy the game as much as I did.

Definitely an improvement, definitely worth playing, possibly worth buying at full price.
Disclaimer; I'm writing this review early only due to the fact that I'm under the impression a gross majority of the 1/5 reviews are either shills, or people who haven't played the game.I haven't played the game to completion yet, but I'll comment on what I have, once I finish the game I'll be sure to edit this review with anything notable (ex; if I hate it by the end). anyways.Gameplay wise it's much like if 4 and the OG halo had a baby. Is it a step closer to COD? possibly, but the gameplay is fast, fluid, gorgeous, and definitely more fun than 4. Weapons pack a punch that I felt they didn't in 4, pistols are back in a big way, also the promethian weapons that were introduced in 4 have gotten a large rework, their feel is much different, as is their look and role in game.In my few levels of campaign and dozen or so multiplayer matches I've yet to be distracted by the 720p switching, If i've run in to it, then it isn't nearly as distracting as people say. There isn't split screen, which is definitely a bummer, but at least the game is good again, which is more than I can say about 4, which I genuinely dispised. Finally I'd like to talk about the strange micro-transaction stew that is multiplayer, at first it's off putting, but I'm growing fond of it just because it's not really pay to win (as you need to have a certain req rating before you can use things, so you can't spend 100$ and only use fuel rod cannons), but it does give a nice way to mix up gameplay with chosen power ups. It's basically the ability to spawn with an overshield once a game, only the overshield is interchangeable with any power up you prefer or have unlocked. Its a card based system, but the cards aren't hard to come by, you can get a pack of them every few games, and they always include a permanent unlock (a la a weapon, emblem, skin, etc.)To summarize: gameplay is great, 720p switching is either really well done or never happens, the micro transaction riddled multiplayer isn't nearly as bad as you would assume, and it makes me sad how many commenters have clearly never touched the game. It's not perfect but it's definitely an improvement over 4.

Amazon 10/10, juego 7/10

A good upgrade from the standard version of game.
I already own a standard version of the game. I've been playing Halo 5 since last year and the multiplayer is the best I've ever played. Even after one year i still play it for 20 hours a week. Then I saw this limited edition at half the price of the game when it launched last year. The contents of the limited edition are worth every penny. The metal Earth guardian took me about 15 hours to complete but it was worth it, it looks awesome on the shelf. You get 14 warzone Req.( 2 Req. Packs every week) which are awesome with atleast a couple of permanent unlocks in each pack. The steel book is awesome.Too bad the limited edition was not available here on original game release.
