It is an Omega 3-6-9 oil that has numerous anti-oxidants and volatile compounds within its volatile oil which include Thymoquinone, Thymol, Thymohydroquinone, and others. Black cumin is NOT black seed as black cumin is from the plant bunium bulbocastanum, while the black seed is from the nigella Sativa. Black seed is also known as Kalonji in Indian cooking. Our oils are then immediately analysed for pesticides and chemicals as well as the volatile strength.
