BambooMN Bamboo Griddle Cover/Cutting Board for Viking Cooktops, Vertical Griddle Cover, Large (19"X 16.38" X 0.75")

This is a solid, well-made, nicely finished bamboo board. It looks nice on the Viking and hides the unused griddle well. If it was just a TINY bit shorter (about 1/8 of an inch) it would slot in behind the stainless at the front perfectly. I will either trim off a sliver from the back, or leave it as is--still thinking about it and it wouldn't be an issue to someone less OCD than me. Overall, very happy with the board, and the price is certainly right. I believe the similar Viking accessory costs 4-5 times as much.

I bought this to sit on my vikings griddle... Which it does not. It sits atop the rim of the griddle. What sucks is that you have to remove it to use the burners adjacent to the griddle or it will burn. What I wanted was a board to fit directly onto the griddle, down below the rim, which would allow it to stay in place while the burners are being used... Ill be putting this on my table saw and cutting it down to size.

I ordered this to free up some room on the counter of my small kitchen. I have a standard size GE range and while the fit isn’t perfect, it is functional and doesn’t slide around. Per other reviews I ordered and applied mineral oil twice at the start. That was easy and treatment will clearly prolong the life. Glad I bought this!

This is a nice grill cover for my Viking range griddle. It’s higher than I would like but looks good and seems to do the job.I haven’t washed it or cooked with it on the stove yet. I do worry that it might burn if the burner flame is high with a pot of the flame. It’s probably not the right cover for my range, but it does the job and the price was okay for me. Heavy and sturdy, true to its dimensions. I do not plan on using it to chop vegetables while cooking, it’s simply a cover to keep the griddle clean.

Looks like it's an excellent product. Purchased for a client and installed it yesterday. Perfect fit on the Viking VDSC 485's griddle and I like that it fits between the side edges so it's down low and away from the burners next to the griddle. Only drawback: I wish the manufacturer would have eased all the edges a little - they're crisp and sharp which is a little uncomfortable and possibly hurtful. I didn't notice this till removing the clear wrapping at client's home and next one I get for someone I may sand the edges a bit...

This is a perfect fit for my VGRC-485 range. I'm very glad. It's a slightly older model, and Viking no longer makes the "official" accessories for it, so I was excited when I saw this listing and the measurements checked out. Covers my griddle perfectly, and the notch in the bottom makes it easy to take out, or to sweep debris into the grease trap on the griddle. Thanks for making this product!

Arrived with a few noticeable dings (pressure indentations) on side edge. Would have appreciated if this had been noted in the description! Fits perfectly over two gas plates on a regular gas stove.

After 4 years of not having a cutting board we finally found one that would fit the empty slot. Very nicely made.
