I really like the baby monitor very much
I really like the baby monitor very much! It was exactly what we needed for my mom. Because my mom is deaf, and she watched our kids from Monday through Thursday and it is very hard for her to listen out for the sound monitor. So, my husband and I bought this baby video monitor and it works great! My mom is able to see the baby move or cry from the monitor and it helps her to understand to get the baby right away. The video is clear and the sound is pretty good as well. Thank you seller :)

Good price, easy to use, but could have better quality sound.
This model looks just like and has the same features as A Motorola brand model sold in retail stores but for a lot less. The sound could be better. Too tinny so it sounds distorted. If the baby is crying not a big deal, but to hear what an adult is saying, it is a chore. Easy to set up and there is no manual focus because the lens is only a wide, almost fish eye type lens. If you are looking for crisp images in daylight, you won't. In low light the video becomes monochrome for easier viewing and less noise. The big question is what is the battery compartment for? Can you use recharge-ables on it for power outage? Doesn't say in the instructions.

Average for the price, gets the job done
I wanted to make sure I had ample use with this before I reviewed it. I'll just post a positives and negatives.Positives:-- Camera mounts easily and is easy to move around and adjust.-- Sound quality and picture quality are both decent for the price range, however it's definitely not as clear as the first picture the manufacturer has posted on Amazon.-- The camera has (surprisingly) good quality at night.-- Very easy to setup. They advertise easy plug and play and that is true.-- Overall, it definitely does the job and has held up well since we got it, but I'm certainly not WOW'ed by the product.Negatives:-- The 2 way talk is an absolute joke. Seriously it's inaudible. My wife and I tried to use it to talk to one another, and you can't understand a single word being said when speaking into the LCD end. I didn't believe my wife when she said she couldn't understand me when I tried talking to her with it, then we switched places and but sure enough she was right. It's literally useless and unusable. Not a feature we probably would have used, but they advertise it so I would expect it to work AT LEAST as well as a cheap walkie talkie. My son has a $10 star wars walkie talkie set from Target that sounds 100 times better than this. I'm dead serious. So definitely not "CLEAR 2 WAY TALK".-- LCD is decent and the screen is decent, but again the advertise BEAUTIFUL LCD and show you a crystal clear picture of a super sweet sleeping baby, but it's no where near that quality and i definitely wouldn't describe it as "beautiful". It's good enough, but no more than average at best for the price.-- The wireless signal definitely seems like it can be interrupted by other wireless devices. We have the camera and LCD screen a floor away from one another, but it's actually more like only 20 feet, maybe, and we get a fair amount of cutting in an out. It's hard to really give a solid answer on how often this happens, because it's not consistent. Put it this way though, it never cuts in and out enough where it's unusable.-- Other camera setups in this price range have additional features like playing music and temperature monitoring. I'd be OK with this camera missing those features if they really knocked it out of the park with everything else. YES, the screen is bigger than the competition, but when the screen is only showing an at best average picture, so what if it's bigger? I'd rather have a smaller LCD screen with better quality.

Great Product!
The whole system is wonderful! My wife is using it for our baby in his nursery. She can see if he is awake in the middle of the night or just making noise letting her stay in bed or get up as needed. I work, she is a stay at home mom(the hard job), and I wish we had this when my 24 year old son was a baby! The sound is great, no need to turn it up so loud it distorts, and it just looks like a photo frame on the nightstand. The portability is nice for naptime. I held and adjusted the camera, then put a screw in the wall to mount the camera. My wife did all of the other set up in minutes. My father, who is very active and drives, works in the yard, just retired a year ago; turns 80 this year and lives with us too. If I need to, this system is perfect for him too. If he starts having problems and needs our care this system will be great.Day and night the monitor/receiver combo works as an extra set of eyes and ears letting us check on our precious little one without opening the door and risking awakening him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to my friends.

If You Are Going To Use This For An ADULT . . .
While this product has gotten great reviews, it’s important to note something critical if this is to be used to monitor an adult. In order to capture video for the full length of an adult, the camera has to be placed 6-8 feet from the head of the individual. Therefore I found the audio to be very poor. Actually, for this particular product it was horrible. I heard more hum and buzz than patient audio. The daytime quality of the video was stellar and I love the display, but the nighttime not so much. The product says nighttime video but I found it to be poor quality. I had to return it for the horrible audio though. If you’re monitoring a baby, the camera can be placed much closer to the body (while still capturing the whole body) and then the audio portion is far clearer. In order to make this work for an adult, I would have had to combined it with an audio only monitor but that still would not have fully solved the nighttime video clarity issue.
