Easy assembly, no missing parts (all parts wrapped nicely)
Easy assembly, no missing parts (all parts wrapped nicely), arrived before E.T.A., and the chair is extremely comfortable. I ordered the blue/white color and matches the picture as displayed on Amazon.

and it's fine without. Attractive and functional
Paired this with a white hanging desk from Overstock, in our sons room. Compact enough for a smaller bedroom, or office, Assembly was a little tricky, one of the screw holes didn't match up with the chair bottom. As of right now I've just left it off, and it's fine without. Attractive and functional, I'd recommend it, and/or purchase again.

Good Little Chair
Pretty good little chair. It is just as it looks in the picture. It was a little difficult to assemble and the knob to adjust the tension doesn't seem right, but overall, it is working well. It is a smaller chair. I think there was a review that stated if you have a larger sized rear, you may not like this chair, well I'd have to agree somewhat, but you don't have to be petite either, because I'm not. My US women's size 10/12 rear fits in it perfectly (: It's 17 1/2 inches from the inside of one arm to the inside of the other arm, so that's how wide you can be for this chair (: The top of the chair hits me right under my shoulder blades. Assembly issues were only on the right arm where the white plastic part connects to the silver metal part... the holes didn't line up and I had to use a knife to dig into the plastic and widen the hole to be able to screw in the screw there. And the tension knob for adjusting how fast you lean back is not working right so when I lean back, I can lean too fast and I get that feeling like I'm about to fall backwards and it freaks me out a little each time, but I haven't actually fallen yet, but its seems like you could, because at that point, it starts to wobble a little due to 2 out of 5 wheels coming off the ground a little. Also the wheels on the bottom are partially metal and the base of the chair is metal, so to put the wheels on, you have to cram the metal end into the metal on the bottom of the chair, and that was a little difficult to assemble and after I did, I noticed that there's a huge scratch on the chair now. It was wrapped really well, so I think it happened during my struggle to attach the wheels, which is disappointing. 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the hole issue during assembly, the scratch that happened due to me struggle, and the issue with the tension knob. Other than that this is a great chair that works well. Cushion is comfy and back rest is supportive and nothing has broken off of it.

It takes two...
As other reviewers have noted, takes two people to put this chair together because some of the holes do not line up. Once get the screws through and tightened, this is a beautiful chair.

seriously frustrated , whole chair base up to handles went together fast and easy. Then when we got to the handles or arm rests found the plastic insert areas for metal arms to fit into were miscast. Another words the metal did not slide into arm rests nor did it align with holes. Tryed a rubber mallet, tried just about everything know to man. One hour later no luck. Casting or cast plastic back was not made correctly. I hope we can get a different back and not have to send whole chair back.
