After using force of nature for years I saw this generic brand and thought I’d give it a try. Nope. I purchased one that died after three uses and ordered a replacement only to have it die the second time I used it. :// I’m in despair. If you can find one that works this is the greatest cleaning solution since soap. Try force if nature or another brand. So sorry for the bad review but people outta know. I’m so disappointed. Now I have to send back :////

The company stands by thier product. First one broke. They sent a second one quickly. I'm happy with my purchase. Pro tip: leave the sprayer in the on position instead of closed off or leave the sprayer ajar during production.

I returned this item. I ran the process twice, then it stopped working.

I love being able to make a fresh bottle everyday. I find I am cleaning items more often. There is no smell. In fact bad smells disappear. Some items it will leave streaks but I just wipe with a damp cloth. Mine stop working, I contacted the seller and he immediately sent out a replacement.

This does exactly what it says. Its so cool to watch it make the disinfectant. Within seconds you can smell the solution. I use it everywhere.Be careful as it can change color of you fabrics if any gets on them. I'm going to get the bigger bottle now that I know this does as it claims. Save some money and get this for your house. Who doesnt have access to water and salt. That's all you need. Recommend

Seems to be poorly made. I used successfully 5 times. Now, upon trying to use it for a 6th time, it has ceased working. The lights come on, but otherwise, nothing happens when I press the button.I was pleased w/ it when it was working, but 5 uses, is hardly worth it. The amount of waste and emissions generated in making and getting this thing are BIG. To have it only work 5 times is not good.

Worked only 2-3 x before something shorted out. Now it won't do the full cycle, just lights up a few times & shuts down. Don't buy. Sadly, I can't return it now either.

Easy to use - makes sodium hypochlorite as advertised. Poorly molded - leaks salt water into timer module - goes kaput. USB port is recessed too far into base so only their USB cord is usable. Fortunately, I repair poorly designed items. I used an X-acto knife to enlarge USB port hole, so any USB cable can be used. Sealed rim at base of unit to stop water from leaking into time module. Still leaks, but not into timer. Don't buy unless your handy at fixing things
