Color:Zinc This is a new small block Chevy Champ style oil pan. Zinc plated finish. It fits 1955-1979 Chevy V8 283-400 2 piece rear main seals. Dipstick on driver side, 8 qt. capacity. 7" deep, 6 trap doors, 2 runners, and 3 crank scrapers. Sump is 14" wide (has dual kickouts) and 12" long. The stock starter will fit. I used this pan almost exclusively in all my Modified buildups. Pan provides for volume and oil control that is found in similar $250 pans for a fraction of the price. Uses pickup A7102.
