This is the best tasting vegetable stock base! It is low sodium, gluten-free and has no added MSG. This tastes better than the vegetable broth I have purchased in cartons in the grocery store. I used to make my own vegetable stock & freeze it in silicone muffin cups so I could save it in the freezer in zip lock bags. This is more convenient and doesn't take up room in the freezer. I never intend to be without it. I even take some with me when I visit my children.

I love the flavor of this broth. I use is to add flavor to my vegetable soups and in my vegan lasagna filling. I feel like whatever I add it to is almost guaranteed to taste good. My one complaint is that is overpackaged. If you are just trying it, then you don't want a huge tub. But if you already know you love it, it would be nice to have a 32 or even 48-ounce option. Or even better, if they offered it in a plastic bag and you could just fill your own solid container to make it convenient to scoop out.

Great product, just pricey.

I use low cal vegetable soups in a weekly menu schedule to offset some carb rich meals and to get the vitamins, minerals and fiber for a healthy well rounded diet. This vegetable soup base add a good deal of flavor to my otherwise bland recipes....and also I enjoy just a quick hot cup of vegetable broth from this mix especially on a cold winter day.

This stuff is USELESS! I cannot believe it got even 1 good review. The serving size is 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of water. 1 teaspoon has 140 mg of sodium. The problem is, it has NO flavor when mixed according to directions. It's horrible. I even added an extra teaspoon to the 1 cup of water, and it still tasted like...HINT: it rhymes with "trap."If you want ANY flavor, you would have to use AT LEAST 4 -6 teaspoons per cup of water, and that is NOT going to be low sodium!Unless you are a very committed vegan and care nothing about a high sodium intake, this isn't a good choice. Frankly, it is NOT cost-effective for vegans who want to use it to flavor anything either, considering how much you have to use per cup to get any taste out of it.Yes, I tried to add spices to flavor it up a bit...nothing improves this by any noticeable measure.One of my worst purchases EVER!

This is very convenient. It is a powder and thus easy to measure out what you need.. Low sodium, gluten free and no MSG. I love this product.
