Her matching outfit is an array of red and white with tiny pearl like buttons and tiny flowers. She is a rare find of hand painted porcelain, limited edition with a free wooden stand. By Bette Ball Truly a star from the Brass Key Victorian collection. she wears a matching red hat but the shoes are the finest with straps. She has never been played with or displayed.
