Amorim Cork 4 U Self-Adhesive Cork Roll

I ordered this brand as well as the same item offered by another brand. Compared with the other brand, this cork surface wasn't as smooth as the other and small flakes of cork are coming off. The backing paper was plain, whereas the other brand had a gridded backing paper that it made it easier to cut the cork to fit. This cork sheet also isn't cut square. When I cut the sheet to fit my surface, I ended up with a piece that didn't fit quite right because the cut edge of the cork wasn't true. The packaging of this item wasn't not entirely professional. It looked as though someone had measured off a length from a larger roll and wrapped it in saran wrap with a label. Pay the extra pennies and choose the major brand.

The cork drawer liner comes apart when you are trying to peel off the backing. Once you lay it down you will not be able to pull it up to reposition. Also, the cork comes apart when you press the edges down---terrible---amazon should not carry such in inferior product.

It's thin, but I expected that. I wanted to use it to give an old cork board a refresh. What I did not expect is that it's so old that on the final stretch (ca. 20-30 cm) the adhesive had completely dried out and didn't stick at all. As other buyers mentioned, it's not very sticky to start with. Mine peeled off and bulged.My recommendation: Buy a slightly more expensive self-adhesive cork roll from a store like Canadian Tire. In my experience, the quality is a hundred times better. Finer cork texture, feels nicer, tightly packed so it won't dry out, and it sticks.

Way to thin, rips really easily, adhesive doesn’t stick very long. I bought this a week ago and had to go buy double sided tape to make it stick. Also the bottom of both my rolls were ripped before i even opened it. Not impressed, and would not buy again. If I could give it zero stars I would.

While this meets the size need I was looking for, it crumbles quit easily, and was not as good of a product as I had purchased in stores, which is annoying because it is in my clothes drawers. I wish I had not bought so much. Also, the backing did not have guidelines, making it more difficult to guarantee straight cuts for my drawers.

I will use it but with a grudge, seems to have lost its moisture, not very flexible
