I've always been one who doesn't mind spending a little more for a quality product and this is no exception. I was actually quite surprised at how quickly my foot pain was relieved. As long as I was wearing my shoes with the inserts, the pain was completely gone. The swelling has taken a long while to come down but my doc says that's just how it is. At least my foot doesn't hurt!

not what expected.. over priced and no support

Within an hour of inserting them into my shoes, my knee pain was gone. The next day, my ankle pain was gone. Don’t know how they do what they do, but they work!
