Years ago my husband and I were homeless. When we started getting back on track with life he bought me a blanket that mirrors this one. It was a symbol of how important little things are taken for granted.. a hot shower, a warm meal, a comforting blanket. That blanket means the whole world to me. I still have it today.We are in a significantly better place in our lives and it is his turn to take a breath and feel the comfort he gave me. That's what this blanket is and does. It's perfect in every way. Thank you

Soft but cheap. Very thin. The weave is very loose. So loose, in fact, that when I pulled it out of the shipping bag, it started falling apart at the edges. The ends by the fringe are not sewn or knotted together so it just unravels. This happened to both of these blankets I purchased (I received a black w grey and a red with black). I’m sending them back. I purchased a much better blanket for $39. Way worth it for a great blanket.

This is really a beautiful blanket for the price. For the price - people really need to figure out what it is that they're buying before they buy it. This is a rustic, rough woven Mexican falsa blanket or Serape that is very authentic. It will not be the softest thing you have ever felt - nor should it be. The colors are absolutely beautiful (I got the teal one and it is vibrant and beautiful) and it makes a fantastic throw, dog blanket or even rug (with the addition of a little rubber backing that is easily available).Five stars - I'm just blown away for the price and will more than likely buy again!

During the holidays, we took a chance and ordered two randomly chosen blankets. One would be gifted and another kept, depending on what we received. We kept the one pictured, and gifted the other which had the same color pattern with a magenta pink instead of this more carnation shade.We use it every day and it has added some great functional texture to our living room decor. It’s now the favorite throw on our couch and a total cat magnet! It’s holding up really well even with heavy use, though I can see why some might say it’s stretched or torn through. It would if you’re not careful, but it’s still very sturdy. It has not been washed yet but I’m confident it will clean nicely on delicate with other throw blankets and tumble dried on lowest heat/no heat.I’m ordering a couple more to keep in each car and will likely order more in the future... they make a great gift!Edit: A year and a half later and this blanket is still a cat magnet, and still our favorite throw. I’ve ordered more as gifts and they’ve been great!

I was a bit nervous when ordering, just because I was afraid it'd be small/not as brightly colored/ not soft but wow, was I so pleasantly surprised. It arrived exactly on time, and is everything I was truly hoping for! The colors are bright, it's actually quite large, and it's super soft, but still has a natural, durable texture. I actually got this to fold and use as a saddle pad for my horse, but I'm very torn on stealing it from him to use for myself! I'll honestly end up getting a 2nd! I wasnt sure how to show the size so I hope my cat (who also loves it) is good refrence!

This is the second time I have ordered this particular style/brand of blanket. My pups love them, and they work great in vehicles or on a piece of furniture. When I need one, I'll be sure to order from this company

So disappointed with this purchase. I received one in pink and brown and another in light blue and brown. They looked good out of the package but I washed them before using. The pink one turned out okay, the blue and brown one is ruined. The brown stripes shrunk so now the blanket is completely misshaped. No amount of pulling and stretching will correct the problem. And yes, I used cold water. So with only 1/2 my purchase being good, I can not recommend these blankets.

The colors are bright and pictures are accurate. Blankets have flaws and the weave is a little loose, but are not horrible quality. But HOLY LINT!! I washed these (they definitely smell funky out of the box) and upon taking them out of the washer I was faced with a difficult decision: Let my home be covered in beautiful colored stringy lint; throw them in the garbage; or ignore the washing directions and put them in the dryer in hopes of getting some of the lint off. And I don't mean little cute lint balls. I mean sheets and huge WADS of stringy, fuzzy lint that was much prettier than what I drag out from under my fridge but similar in construction. I did what my mother would have done and put them in the dryer and crossed my fingers. So the good new is, most of the lint came off and I was left with usable blankets. The bad news is, my dryer screen filled up and the vent blew teal colored fuzz all over my garden. Whatever. The blankets are ok now. I have them on my couches so they get vacuumed often, and lint still comes off them on the brush but we don't get lint on us sitting on them. I haven't washed them a second time so I can't say what will happen, so please pray for me.

Just what I needed

I purchased one of these in black and gray and didn't really have high hopes for it, but I was surprised! The blanket is thinner than I imagined (the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, as I think a lot of people expect a certain weight from a falsa blanket), but it is good quality and VERY soft. It opens up to be quite big, but folds up nice and compact to fit in my yoga bag or use as a cushion. The pattern is nice and true to colour online. Would buy again.

I bought this blanket for yoga. I like the thickness of it, it is not too thick and not too thin for class. However, it sheds; little bits of thread and fabric are constantly falling off of it, getting over my clothes, and yoga matt. The quality isn't there. I washed it twice hoping it would stop shedding but it hasn't helped.

Buen material y el tamaño justo. La pienso usar como accesorio en la práctica de yoga por lo que todavía no puedo evaluar su durabilidad. En cuanto a la sensación que provee no es ni suave ni áspera es más como firme al tacto. Tal vez sirva como cobija para ver la tele en tiempo de frío pero pues también eso no se puede evaluar en el verano del norte de México.

This blanket is exactly what I hoped for, the quality feels great, the colour is the same as the picture and the weight is what I expected. This blanket was described as a 2 lb blanket and it is therefore a slightly lighter and looser weave than the 3 lb blanket I purchased. Held up very well after a cycle through the washer and dryer. Would definitely purchase again from this seller.
