Our maple plywood racks are made from quality cabinet-grade maple plywood and feature a durable vinyl t-mold edge. All panels have a baked-on scratch resistant clear finish. Rack rails will be pre-installed 1/4" from the front edge of the rack. All rack sizes ship flat packed and will require assembly. We use Rafix connectors that utilize a cam mechanism and stud to connect. See photos for details.
