I ordered and received in a timely mannor. However ...

I ordered and received in a timely mannor.However the product appeared to be used and rewrapped. The hair lotion spray bottle appeared to be used it was half used and the tape around the bottle tops were obvious rewrapped and poorly done.it was a dissapoinent knowing how costly the items were and given the nature of the items I expected brand new bottles with the seals unbroken! Shampoo leeked inside of the zip lock bag I tried to clean off but overall the product quality was unexcepiable.

Disappointed

I bought the set (shampoo and lotion) and followed the application instructions on the website to ensure I will see results. A few however, nothing has changed. I didn't notice any extra hair growth at the regular and deficient areas. It definitely does NOT work for alopecia as advertised on the website. If you're looking for a product to treat alopecia or other hair growth deficiency, I would not recommend this.

This product works.. I started using this shampoo about 2 months ago. I can see new hair growth. The only downfall is that this product is very expensive.
