On those runs I would have a lot more things along with me than like small hydration bottles, gum, asprin, energy blocks, as well as mp3 player, phone and a key. My running pants only have small zipper compartments that are not big enough for a phone. Plus, I don't like trying to cram so much in one little zippered pocket because it then looks like I have some kind of growth on my back. With this Urban Athletic Belt I can have things spread out in different areas around my waist.Plus there is a key hook attachment that you can hook a key ring on so that they do not move around and a pocket in front to just put your phone it. I have a Samsung Galaxy III with a hardcase on it and it fit in the phone pocket completely. There are slits in the running belt all around so you can access the inside from all different spots.I have been wearing this in the fall in MN and the extra layer is nice as wind protection. I am looking forward to wearing this for winter running as well so I have some place to stick my extra layers that I decide I do not need as I warm up on the run, like running sleeves, gloves, and hat.

This running belt is amazing! It is much better quality than a lot of the others I have seen. Now I can focus on my run versus dealing with juggling the things you have with you most of the time. It has the perfect of of space for cash, keys, debit card and phone. It's extremely comfortable and doesn't slide down nor did it ride up. The material of this running belt is very soft, lightweight, flexible, breathable and washes up perfectly!Overall, I am very satisfied with this Urban Athletoc Running Belt. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!With that said, I would definitely recommend this to belt. So I have two dogs that are on remote training collars, and when I go for a walk/run, I've also got my phone with me to listen to some podcasts or music and between trying to manage holding the leash for 2 dogs, 2 remotes and a phone, well, I only have 2 hands! I tried another running belt which was okay but it was incredibly bulky and I could really only fit my iPhone 5 in there. After trying the Urban Athletic belt, I'm definitely switching to this one! The washable lycra blends in seamlessly with my workout gear and I'm able to store my phone in the pocket, as well as my keys, a few dollars, some lip balm and it's not bulky anywhere. Just be warned, they run very snug (but on the bright side, you won't worry about it falling down if you're running! *sample provided*

I've have a Galxy S5 cell phone and the pocket design for these item don't work because when you move the cell leaves the pocket easy and felt down. If you put it in the back side its moves too, but inside the fabric, so its very difficult to get for it if you want to change the music or see sport app for example. It do not recommend these for running with your cell phone and the fabric is very thick so for running on summer is horrible.

I am so glad I got this product!! I wore this to aerobics last night and we do a lot of step aerobics and I placed my phone and my key in it and it stayed in place. Love that it's breathable and expandable. I sweat a lot during my workouts and it kept my phone dry. I took the product off after my workout and it dried very quickly. I am not a runner but aerobics is just as breath taken as running. Must have product!

This running belt works perfectly for me. It is made from a spandex material that moves easily as you move. It also does not rub or chaff your skin while wearing it and working out. The fabric is light and breaths well. It doesn't cause excess sweat. I have washed it twice since purchase and no issues with wear and tear on the fabric or seamsIt has able storage space for any small items you may want to keep with you. I like to keep my gym card, headphones, debit card, and cellphone. It comes with a drawstring mesh storage bag. I used it as something to put in my gym bag to hold lip balm and such. Who doesn't love two uses in one purchase. It has a carabineer clip to hook to your keys. I however used it to tighten the belt around my waist, which keeps it closer to my body as I work out. My phone fits nicely inside the belt. It has 1 true pocket and 3 openings in the belt to put things inside of the belt. I prefer to keep my phone inside of the belt instead of the pocket as I need quicker access to gym card. Even while you have your things inside the belt doesn't feel overly bulky or heavy. It is not designed to hold your gym bag around your waist, however the important things to have while working out fit well. It also is easy to drape my towel turn so I don't have to carry it or place it on the machine I am using.It is also stylish and has the appearance of a fold over waist band on many types of workout clothing. It also could be used while shopping to have more use of your hands without having to carry a purse, wallet, phone or keys. it keeps everything close to your body and covered well. The lightweight fabric would allow you to easily tell if someone was trying to remove something from one of your pockets.I have recommended this belt to some of my gym friends and would recommend it to anyone as a good purchase.
