Perfect Carry-On
Wow! Who would have ever thought you can get so much from a carry on? I love everything about this bag. Well manufactured, plenty of space for your things, this carry on provides everything you need for your business travels! With pockets to store all your things neatly which eliminates rummaging through your bag when you need an item that's parked somewhere towards the bottom, this bag solves that with it's genius compartment section. The bag has a large space for your clothes on the other side as well as a laundry compartment which keeps your dirty clothes completely isolated from your clean clothes (GENIUS). The bag itself is super lightweight and the wheels are heavy duty which is a huge plus especially if you need to run to the gate (I am always that guy for some reason). I have to say that this is by far the best carry on I have ever owned. A+

Pretty good, but a tight fit ...
I bought 2 of these. Overall it's a nice bag, it looks cool in a subtle way and seems pretty sturdy. I used it on a trip to Portland as carry on with no problems and then a train ride (but as checked luggage) and they got banged up really good with one piece getting a fairly deep gash. It didn't penetrate the shell, but it messed up my new bag and gave it a weak spot so I was a little disappointed about that. You can pack a weeks worth of stuff into it (if you know how to pack right), but for the most part I found the dedicated pockets (such as the underwear and sock areas) not at all big enough for 5 days worth of an average sized man's underwear and socks (let alone 7 days worth) and had to accommodate other pockets as well as other compartments to fit it all.Despite these shortcomings I like the bags quite a bit.

Great luggage choice for neat freak travelers
First off, I have had bad experiences with incredibly cheap hard sided luggage in the past- you get what you pay for, a couple I have used over the last few years have broken- bad quality plastic for the shell, and a wheel fell off of one. When I needed a new carry on, I decided to take it up a notch and spend a bit more money on a nicer piece, and I am glad I did! I'm also an organization nut, and love to pack neatly- when I discovered Genius Pack, I decided to try it. I've been very impressed, it's high quality luggage, well built, with what seems so far to be very nice hardware. The spinner wheels in particular are incredibly smooth, and the handles on the top and sides are super comfy. The retractable handle is more solid than on most carryon luggage I've seen. I also like the big #10 zipper, it seems very rugged. While maybe not the lightest luggage on the market, it's still very light. As for organization, it has several pockets each labeled with cool icons for specific items, and a separated compartment for laundry. I don't like undergarments and socks in particular being randomly tossed into my luggage, so having pockets for these is great. About the only complaint I have is that the sock pocket could be larger, it didn't hold many pairs, but this is a small quibble, not enough to knock the rating down a full star. All in all I am very pleased with the purchase! One final note, I had to check the bag on an overfull flight, and the white got a little scuffed (visible in the photos), but apparently they're coming out with a black version.

Update...Used 3 times now
Only used it once so far, but I like it. Bought because of the compartments and laundry section.I'm going on a longer trip soon so I'll see if the size is ok when I have to pack more.UPDATE...Used 3 times now and handle broke. I would not buy this again. I'd suggest not buying if you travel a lot.

Almost survived the first trip
I ordered the pair and received them promptly shortly before leaving the Midwest for a trip to South Africa, via Europe - a 20K mile round-trip involving 10 flights and the various porters and baggage handlers who handled the transfers at the airports, between planes/buses and buses/5 hotels. I was pleased to learn that they were 3-4 pounds lighter than my previous luggage set made of dernier material. The 21" suitcase worked well, perhaps because I carried it aboard on the segments featuring large planes. The 29" suitcase, however, incurred damage to the release button at the top of the handle. The handle release button lost the smooth cap on the last flight segment. The suitcase was left with the airline for evaluation of repair, refund or replacement options. I'll hold off on a 5th star pending their assessment. (Wish I'd thought to take a photo of the damage but, after 2 days of flying, ...)Within 3 weeks of the trip, the (slightly) damaged handle was repaired/replaced, looks like new and survived the next trip just fine.

Sleek, sturdy, and effortless
This is an awesome bag! After a disastrous trip to North Carolina involving and overweight bag, I was determined to shop for a compact piece of luggage and travel carry-on only from now on. I researched and read reviews for several carry-on sized, hard sided luggage and came across Genius Pack. It is lightweight (only slightly over 6 lbs) and had an interior pouch for organizing items. On one side, you can store your dirty laundry or place more items in this space. I ordered the bag in white. I received my luggage boxed and packed nicely. I was surprised at how much space was available inside of this suitcase! I was able to pack everything I needed for a 5 day trip to California, including three pairs of shoes! The interior pouches came in handy for storing my power cord for my MacBook, makeup bag, belt and workout gear. Combining the built in organization of the suitcase along with packing cubes truly maximizes the space! I was able to roll the bag effortlessly through the airport and it fit nicely in the overhead compartment with no issues. The hard side luggage prevents you from overstuffing the bag, which for me, was a plus. My white bag did sustain a few scuffs but most of them were easily removed with soap and water. I'm going to try using a magic sponge when I get home on the remaking scuffs.

and marks wipe off easily; but it just wasn't very durable
Shell of the suitcase cracked below where the telescoping handle connects to the case during the first 5-day trip out. It handles scuffs reasonably well, and marks wipe off easily; but it just wasn't very durable. Attempting to return.
