Great picture quality, accepted a Samsung Evo 64gb class 10 micro sd card without a problem, one star off for the windshield mount which is just not quite tight enough, has a little play in it.

suction cup didn't hold unit on city streets. need a better cup and or a mirror hanger.

The cord on the device is on the top of the unit making it very awkward because the charge is very week and you pretty much need to have it connected at all times. The interface is not very user friendly buttons don't work the way they are supposed to. Had it for 6 months but only used it for one day and the screen stopped working. waste of 40 bucks

Battery would not hold a charge!

My husband loves this camera! The picture is high definition and you can see really well when you enlarge it full screen on the computer. The camera does need a micro SD card to use it, and the card is not included. Camera charges by plugging in to your cigarette lighter port. I love that this automatically shuts off when I turn off my car, and it automatically restarts when I start my car. We were involved in a hit and run a few months ago and that's what inspired us to purchase this. If a car is within a few cars lengths in front of you it is very easy to read the plates. Night recording clarity is ok, but this camera really shines in the daytime.This films in several short 3 minute videos which you download on to your computer to review. You can also review with just the camera itself. This has excellent sound quality and you can hear very well on playback.Camera attaches with the little piece that suctions to your window shield, similar to a GPS.I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Ok I love this thing, works like a charm. For me I wish I had this a couple of month ago, because I got in a accident and I swore my light was green and they hit me and they had a witness that was on there side and probably a friend, but I could not prove the light was green. So I was at fault, and if I had these thing ahead of time I could of proved my light was green. So this is a most have for honest peoples cars, especially from people that scam to get money. i received this dashcam at a discounted price in exchange of my unbiased review. this product arrived on time, i haven't put it on my car yet but I've already tried to record a video. my issue here is when charging, im not sure if it's like a cellphone that you can charge it and when the battery is low you can recharge. the reason for that is i dont want a cord hanging from my dashboard, i tried to look for an answer on the manual but cant find anything...

the instructions are not very clear,im still trying to find out how you have to switch to night driving----I found this a dissapointment as other cameras do this automatically,it also didnt come with a chip this was an added extra

Bought this on Deal of The Day, pretty pleased with it. However, I have found that it need to be permanently plugged into cigarette lighter to be powered despite fully charging the battery for 16 hours prior to first use. All in all, not bad.
