The light resistance is what i am using in the video, great for beginners. My husband likes them too, he is excited to have some that aren't rubber!

I really like how it’s not slippery like the plastic ones. It seems more durable and washable because of the material it’s made out of. There are three bands, each with a different color to signify the different resistances. The bands are thick so it sits well on your legs for leg workouts. Really happy with the purchase.

My daughter is a high-end personal trainer and I used to be a fitness instructor. She developed a training program for my husband and me, and she had purchased a set of these bands for her use. I previously had only used the very stretchy bands you see in physical therapy. After training with her, I purchased my own set. It's great that these bands come in three different levels of resistance, and you can move to a more difficult strength as you progress. My husband also uses medium and I use heavy, so we can both work out together. The band does not catch on the hair of men's legs like the stretchy ones. They are also color coded according to resistance level, so I just grab my purple one without checking the tag or having to mark it myself. (I also know right away if my husband grabbed the band with less resistance!)7/2020 - I have purchased another set of these bands, in greys. Again, these bands are excellent. The stitching is even and strong, the material is comfortable, and the three different resistance levels are good for different exercises as well as moving from easier to harder when appropriate. My two teen and 21YO daughters are athletic and participate in different sports and fitness endeavors. They choose these over the elastic bands they used to use when they cross-train. Highly recommend.

I had originally ordered these bands for myself to add to my exercise equipment. However, when I opened the box, my 11 year old daughter got excited and said they would be perfect to help her with her ballet stretches. She immediately started using them and commented on how thick and durable they were- no risk of rolling or fear of snapping. These bands come in 3 levels of resistance that are perfect for a variety of exercises and fitness levels. I'm going to have to purchase another set for myself, as my daughter has no intention of giving them back to me.

My initial impression of the bands were that they looked nice. The colors and bag they came in were both impressive. Unsure of how to use them, I looked at the card that was enclosed. The only information it provided was the resistance of each band and 2 pictures of someone using them. I tried to use them in the only position I could somewhat manage to do at my age (59). I wasn't very successful and wasn't sure of the benefit of using the bands (other than making the exercise awkward).I had my daughters (29 & 30) try them out. They both said they liked them and thought they would be a good addition to their exercise equipment.As far as durability, that is yet to be seen. They are basically heavy-duty elastic bands so I am not sure how well they will hold up under continuous use.I received the bands for an HONEST review.

I love these! Best purchase. The colors are gorgeous and they product is high quality. Even my fiancé wants to use them! He’s not keen on the colors but they’re so comfortable for him too! Thanks for keeping my Covid workout great

The bands work really well. The company on the other hand...well, I reached out to them for the reimbursement they stated they would honor(immediately upon purchase) if I purchased their product. That purchase was done on July 6th and I have reached out to them multiple times since then with zero responses. It is unfortunate that they lured me into buying their item. Out of spite, I am going to keep the bands....cause they are nice!
