Unique screwdriver!
These aren't cheap but are very well made! The handle is large, grippy and fits in the hand well. The rapidaptor quick release for the bits is great and contains a decent magnet for retaining screws too. The ratio when the turbo is engaged is approximately 4-1 so the bit turns 4 times to one turn of the screwdriver body. Unfortunately due to physics this divides the turning power by four-its ideal for light fittings with a long thread, but not so good for threads or screws that are tight all the way, but not a problem as you simply press the button-crack the tight fastener loose like a normal screwdriver then press the button to engage the gearbox and zap the fastener out. The reverse to install a fastener. No batteries to charge or replace or worries about working in damp conditions.

Dreadful product - I
I own many Wera product which work perfectly. But, this is not one of them.....My 1970s Spiralux flat bladed ratchet screwdriver ..... Ratchets ..... This is either faulty or a joke ... An expensive joke-

Works but not that handy
It has no pouch so it’s been sitting in my pocketIt has no bits so i have to go to my box anywayIf the screws are slightly tight you also have 4x less torque so self tappers can be annoyingIf it’s a fine long thread like a toggle bolt it works well but it needs 2 hands so I might as well use one hand on the shaft & other to spin a normal driver at faster speed so it’s really just bulky & not that helpfulIf you do a lot of loose fine thread work & can hold the driver with 2 hands then ok it’s clever & I think it has its place but wood screws or anything that needs force & the speed mode is just wasted. My locksmith brother may prefer it or an electrician as they do a lot of long fine thread screws

Good idea but not a game changer
A normal ratchet screw driver works just as well, this is quicker but more fiddly. It is a shame I normally love wera kit but not this time.

Its a screw driver on steroids
I like that this is a good quality tool it feels well made and very little play when the gear box is not engaged so you can tighten with a good amount of torque when you are trying to unscrew tight face plates you have to have the gear box disengaged because you can't get it to turn it like trying to pull away in 4th gear in a car its not going to happen but once its free and you click that button this is a turbo screw driver so no more little screw guns for me

You might as well throw your money in the bin, it may be a wiser investment
This screwdriver is a gimmick and doesn't work in the real world, was uncomfortable to use when it wasn't broken and then broke within 2 weeks of very light use and don't expect wera to replace it, please DON'T BE TEMPTED, spend your £50‐£60 on a proper set of screwdrivers!
