Glass food bowl shattered into thousands of glass splinters when inadvertently dropped. Vacuumed, vacuumed, vacuumed - prevent glass splinter hazard for pet. Replaced with hard plastic bowl. Emailed vendor recommending shatterproof glass or other non-hazardous option. (Specifically stated I did NOT want replacement bowl.) Vendor’s package insert requests direct contact about problems instead of review. No response to my email so felt responsible to warn pet owners of the glass hazard issue.

The media could not be loaded.  My girlfriend decided to adopt a Cat a few days ago, and I sometimes like to do a little extra to flex on how I’m a good provider and The Worlds #1 Dad material. This automatic water bowl feeder was that FLEX! I was impressed trust me the picture don’t do justice for it. The feel of it was impressive not the cheap plastic bowls you usually see. The automatic water filler is simple but well thought out. The bottle comes with a sealed cap that allows you till fill it without having to spill water when installing. The water fills up the small dip in the paw print to conserve and supply fresh water into the bowl, making it a life saver if your gone most of the day or for a few days along with the removable deep glass food bowl that’s included. The clear plastic spill tray let’s me relax knowing I won’t be asked to sweep the floors later so that’s a big plus. My girlfriend was really impressed with it especially the the glass food bowl included. That Worlds #1 Dad mug might be coming soon if I keep this up. I seriously recommend it for everyone with a cat it just makes life easier for you and the fur baby.

Great for my cats and my 8 month old pomsky who is a messy eater and LOVES to flip her water bowls.This 2 in 1 water and food feeder is PERFECT size for her food and the attached gravity water bottle is great for making sure she never runs out of water.Best part is: she can’t flip it upside down, and the floating water piece deters her from putting her paws in her drinking water.10/10 would recommend for cats or dogs!

Wish the food dish was a bit bigger, but overall the quality is pretty nice for the price.

This doesn't just look cute it actually does what it claims! I have always had Pomeranians and they always get water on their coats and their water bowl gets nasty fast. Not with this and it keeps them from mixing food and water together.

I was super excited and loved the size. I've been unable to get the water bottle to release any water since setting it up unless I squeeze the bottle in which at that point I'm getting water in the bowl but also in the floor. Love the bowls preventing a mess but I'm constantly having to keep a check on the water being empty because it's small and refilling by pouring directly in it now which kind of defeats the whole purpose of auto fill. I would totally recommend if the water dispenser was better designed.

It's a fairly decent bowl setup, and the cats seem to like it more than the last one we used, but my biggest daily gripe about it is that the area in which you stick the bottle is very hard to clean. It doesn't take very long for it it get slimy with bacteria, and you kind of have to string a paper towel through it in order to get it clean, or else put it in the dishwasher.Also, after six months, the top to the bottle started has started to fall apart. I noted that the mechanism seemed kind of flimsy when I first received it and didn't really expect it to last long. But I was hoping at least a year. I have a feeling that finding replacements for it isn't going to be a simple process.Updated: I've increased my review from 3 stars to 4. The company reached out to me and sent me two new tops for the bottle. They also seemed very interested in improving their design. So they get high marks for customer service.

This is perfect for small pets. The glass bowl is the perfect size for our rat terrier portions. The rubber feet keep the whole unit solid on the ground. The water bottle is plastic and thin but does it’s job and keeps the water reservoir topped off nicely.I also had to contact upsky for a minor issue and found them to be very responsive and quick to resolve my issue. Highly highly recommend this product and vendor.

Es buen producto, pero la parte anti deslizamiento se le cae muy fácil. Cuidado con el plato, se rompe fácil. Hay que lavarlo frecuente, se queda estancada la peluza y tierra que pueda llegar a tener tu mascota después de tomar agua

Muy buen producto, me sirvió perfecto para mi perrito! Así ya no se llena los bigotes de agua. Lo único es que si hay que ser cuidadosos ya que el plato de comida es de vidrio.

Muy bonito producto, estético. Lo malo es que poco resistente, ya se rompió una parte del recipiente para el agua. Aunque no ha habido problema porque se puede seguir usando perfectamente y el agua se dosifica muy bien. A mí gatito le encanta beber agua allí.
