As the photo depicts, the first strap was damaged. I asked for a new strap five different times over a week and my emails were ignored. I then asked Amazon Customer Service to help me, and I received a beautiful new strap two days later. I gave the review one star because the damage on the first strap rendered it useless. Yes, I like the second strap, but a customer should not get the “run around” for over a week for a replacement. The problem with the first strap was ridiculous.

Excellent quality

The leather matches nicely but little dry. The edge lining color is more red than the original LV finish.Def it is not the same as LV strap ( the hardware is not as nice as original one and the holes are not re-enforced with metal) but it has a good value. I have a pochette metis and the length fits nicely. At first, I had a concern about the width of the strap. However, the width turns out fine.I got this item to give some variation to my bag and it also gives me a peaceful mind. Especially when I have to use public bathroom.
