Not perfect
The frame is top quality. The mattress smells from heavy fire-retardant, or something chemical. It would be great if the mattress was not a problem. Using an all-natural mattress with this frame creates an ideal fold-away bed.

An Amazing Rollaway Bed
This LuxurGuest Rollaway Guest Bed - Model 102 - Twin is a fantastic item. It is comfortable, sturdy, and folds up kind of easily only when you want. I have a small apartment and toyed with the idea of using the Aerobed. I tried the lower profile and the elevated versions. I thought that I would inflate and delflate according to my need to sleep or the need for space. It became annoying to go through this process over-and-over. Additionally, both Aerobed types and two sizes (twin and queen) eventually became mis-shapen due to my weight and over-use. From left - to - right and from top - to - bottom, I was sleeping in a potato chip-shaped bed with many peaks and valleys. This LuxurGuest Rollaway Guest Bed - Model 102 - Twin is great and is comfy. Although you have to take most of your sheeting off to fold it away easily, this is not a problem. The whole system is easy to roll around and can be rolled out, moved, and re-folded by the weakest individual that has a height above 5 feet (possibly smaller). Will easily roll into an elevator and has a slim profile. The adjustable, hospital type of incline offered is fantastic. You can easily increase the incline for reading or watching TV.I have not bought lower-cost rollaway beds to compare to this one, but I use this every day and have done so for close to a month or so and there aren't any negatives so far.For those indiviuals whose sleep on their backs, they can afford to sleep on cheaper beds. But when you sleep on your side, a bed such as this one is what is called for.I tried a cot and that allowed for 10-15 minute sleep intervals and resluted in many a bad day.

Great Bed
I got this after a few near disasters with our air mattress'. I had gotten frames to put the air mattress' on so we didn't have to put them on the floor when we had guests, but these proved very flimsy. When a frame broke while a guest was using it (no one hurt but it was close!) I decided we needed a safe, sturdy comfortable fold away bed. I searched Amazon and looked at the reviews, which I always check before buying any item. This bed only had only a few reviews - a couple complained about the wheels which concerned me - but they all mentioned the comfort and the head board which makes it seem like 'a real bed' and keeps the pillow from falling off! Simple - but it's true! Our first guest has used it, and was raving about the comfort - and the head board! The wheels seem just fine (there are four of them that you have to attached yourself - just need a wrench) We had to move the bed from one area to another - just folded it up, pushed it with no problems over carpet - the wheels are very functional. Most likely you wouldn't be moving the bed too far, so the wheels are adequate. There is no pressure on them when the bed is open and with the weight of someone in it. It is a true twin size bed, not a 'cot'. You can even elevate the head of the bed if desired. Folded up, the headboard adds no width to the bed - it covers the top of the folded bed and serves as a 'shelf' to put the bedding on. All in all this is a great guest bed and I highly recommend it! It is worth the price in regard to safety and comfort.

The ability to raise the head is a nice feature, but no matter how one positions oneself on this mattress, it slumps in the middle. Most of the time, my back hurts on this bed. If I sleep on "the regular bed," I'm fine. On this bed,, my back aches. Can even see the"Hole, " in the middle of the mattress.Sadly, cannot recommend very highly since it needs better back support.

Excellent Guest Bed
We initially purchased this rollaway bed (after much research) to use as a "recovery bed" after my husband's major surgery. It was the only one we could find that had an adjustable head. But the bed was a little to short for my husband (5'11"), and we found that when the head is raised, it bunches up the mattress, leaving an uncomfortable wad right at the small of your back. That being said, I am otherwise very happy with this bed. During my husband's recovery, I have been sleeping on it. The mattress is very comfortable, and the bed is very well-made with wooden slats that support the mattress. It folds easily - one-person folding - and I plan on using this as a guest bed often.

So So
The bed is way too heavy to move from one place to another. Had to remove mattress just to get it upstairs. No weight given.
