Classic Top Quality and True-to-Size Trenchcoat - Without the Frumpiness!
My new London Fog trench exceeded my expectations -- the big question is always how accurate the sizing will be. I ordered a size Large as I am a true size 10, being 5'9" and having broader shoulders and longer arms than most. The cut of a coat varies wildly in these areas for me. Even with a bulky fleece top underneath, this coat fits me well in those key areas, and I love the length, which falls mid-calf on me. It's a classic look, yet somehow more flattering and stylish than the old school trench. The detailing is well done. It does have two front vents (not one, as pictured), which I was happy to see. I love the very deep and generous pockets! The buttons are a tortoise-shell look, which add interest as opposed to a plain black. I also like the generous-sized (detachable) hood, neither too tight nor too floppy. The fabric is definitely water resistant, but if you're in a heavy downpour, you'd probably also want an umbrella.I think an added bonus is that this coat will look great both with casual outfits and to cover up dressier attire. And because it's lighter weight, I'm definitely taking this with me for Fall and Spring travel!

Quality is top notch
This is a perfect fitting jacket and is so well made. Color is the perfect tan, and the details are noticeable with a classic look. Durable fabric. Just perfect.

Love the length
It’s a well-constructed raincoat with a nice hood, not meant for warmth, so there’s no heavy lining. I’m 5’8” 163 lbs and size large fit comfortably without any bulk underneath and it’s long just below my calf and the sleeves are long also. I got the black one and the lining is black. Interestingly there are two epaulets instead of one as the picture shows but I like the two better anyway. It came wrinkled so I ironed it and it’s fine. Does it wrinkle some while wearing it? Yes but so did my very expensive one that I sadly had to give away because I grew out of it. I suppose anything with cotton in it will wrinkle some. I’m very satisfied especially finding a long length one and at a decent price.

Great Coat, but too long for short ladies
The coat is great quality, looked sharp, but was too long, almost down to my ankles. I am 5'3", 140 lb and purchased a medium, which I sadly returned. I read in other short-people reviews that it was too long, but was hopeful it would be different for me. Lesson learned.

My favorite coat... 2nd one!
I have had the black version of this coat for about 8 years. I got it from Macys and it was pretty expensive then. It is still my main/go-to coat in autumn and even winter (when Im layered up). Recently I was looking for a tan trench similar to it on Amazon and was so shocked and excited to find the exact same coat, on sale. I received it today and it's beautiful. It also fits just as perfectly as the other one. I'm excited for Autumn!

Probably my most favorite purchase of ALL TIME!
This coat is just… Chef’s kiss! The photos are wrong for the black coat- there are two upper chest panels, not one which is soooo much cooler IMO. I’m 5’4 and this is LONG - just a few inches off the ground in my bare feet which is exactly what I wanted. The pockets are huge and there is a removable hood- SO important for a trench. There is a back pleat that can be buttoned closed or opened for extra drape and drama. I disagree with the person who said you can’t back belt this coat. It won’t drape very long because of the front loops but you absolutely can back belt if you want to wear this open. It’s a gorgeous coat - even better when you snag it at the lowest price and on 6 interest free payments! I feel like a witchy detective and I can’t wait to wear this gorgeous thing! Came packaged perfectly with minimal wrinkles. I have it hanging in the closet now but I’ve tried it on about five times in the last 24 hours. I never even thought I’d want a trench because I detest the tan versions but this black one just called to me. Get it! Don’t hesitate. It’s perfect!

Terrific trench coat.
I was hesitant to buy this because the picture shows an epaulet just on one side but they are on both sides which is great. I like that it is cotton-rich and maxi length which seem to be hard to find. I’m 5’9” and it comes to about 4” above my ankles so if you’re short this may not be the coat for you. The medium fits perfectly with enough room to layer. I was happy to get the prime day price too.

Love this so much
Amazing quality, and although it's very long, I do love the look. I'm 5'5 and sometimes I step on it going up stairs but it's such a gorgeous coat I just deal with it.

sehr schön geschnittener Mantel
sehr schade für mich ,aber mir war die Größe S zu eng und die Größe M dann leider zu weit.

Maxi-length Trench Coat if you're 5.3"
This is a nicely weighted coat. The outer shell is a cotton-polyester mix. With a satin-twill lining, in a light blue colour. At 5.3" this trench coat is long on me, from the hem to the floor there is a clearance of apx 16cm.The sleeves are also long which is great, as I thought they looked a little short on the model. The coat also has a rather long belt, at apx 175cm; I can wrap it around myself twice or attempt those fancy belt tying techniques. The belt also has a cleverly hidden fastening, which means the belt will never accidentally slide out of the loops. As for the hood, I would describe it as adequate. If you have lots of hair as I do, you'll need an umbrella if caught in a shower as it doesn't quite cover my head. However, if I'm feeling a bit noir I may just wear a scarf. All in all, I'm very happy with this coat as I wanted a maxi-length trench. So, for me, this is perfect for both Spring and Autumn.

Absolutely beautiful
Very nice quality, true to size and so pleased that it’s long. I’m 5’11’’ and it’s perfect (lower calf). Love !
