HanesMen's 5.2 oz Hanes STEDMAN Blended Jersey Polo

The button holes are too big, and the shirt doesn't stay buttoned. I find myself back in the 70s, showing my chest hair. I am constantly rebuttoning the shirt.

Quality and Fabric==============This is exactly what I was looking for, at 7 oz this is a thick fabric with a traditional polo Piqué knit. The quality is high, there are no visible defects, the stitching is well done, the color is consistent, and the size is correct. I prefer a heavy weight durable polo shirt made with cotton rather than the lightweight sheer fabrics. If you want something light and silky soft this is not the shirt for you.Clothes Shopping Experience=======================I struggled to find this type of polo shirt in retail stores. When I have found them they are typically quite expensive often $35 or more. I have to admit I was nervous about ordering clothing online. As great as Amazon is there is something very personal about clothing that makes it nice to see and touch before you buy. Therefore after reading the positive reviews and researching the Hanes shirts I ordered just one shirt, at roughly $10 this seemed like a low risk. The shirt arrived and it was perfect. The fit is great, the color matched the onscreen image, and fabric weight and texture are what I was looking for but struggled to find at retail.Recommendation==============I am extremely happy with my purchase and have already ordered three more shifts in different colors. I plan to order even more later.UPDATE======I received my other shirts and they are all great. The Maroon, Deep Forest Green, Light Steel Grey, and Black are nice colors. I wear a medium and each fit as expected. It is worth noting that the Light Steel Grey shirt I received is a 90/10 cotton/poly blend rather than the 100% cotton found in the other shirts.

This light blue polo is flattering shade. Bought for my son, seems well made. He is likely to grow out of it or stain it before wearing it out.Appears durable enough, medium weight so fairly versatile in spring/summer to fall.Would buy again next size up, no issues thus far.

Fits well. I need a medium and fits like a medium. Just enough length so that my lower back doesn't show when I bend over to pick something up.I bought this because polyester golf shirts always seem to get runs in the material and I vowed to never buy one again.I have purchased 3 or 4 brands of polo shirts and they all get runs--or snags or whatever term you use. I never am doing anything out of the the ordinary with them but I have given about 7 away to Goodwill over the years because of this. This shirt has enough cotton in it that I can tell it won't snag. On the down side, I know it won't be as cool and lightweight but I can live with that. I just won't buy a color that will show sweat as much (like light grey). I bought a blue one and I will buy a few more soon. Great price, great value.

I ordered this shirt to match my ball cap and it’s the closest I found. It’s comfortable and looks very nice

I needed a darker navy as it looked in the photo. Got it in and it’s lighter than the photo and I couldn’t use the shirt.

Hard to find a good polo for the game that doesn’t scream golf shirt as well as doesn’t turn you into a steamy mess. Thin but I wanted it that way. Stretch is a nice touch. Fits well but also would look better a little tighter. 8.9/10

Fits alright, but as all 5xl shirts, is a bit too short. When you're fat AND tall, this shirt will show some belly if you raise your arms.
