Way too small! But they did offer a fix.
My size is 10 (wide) so I usually wear size 11. Since these are slippers I bought size 12. I can't get my feet into them. I suspect that the people who manufacture these hate their employer and are trying to sabotage the brand. Or maybe the manufacturer is simply scrimping on material and pushed the envelope just a little (or a lot) too far.Edited to add: Zizor has contacted me and offered to send at no cost a different set of slippers. They have also said that they have also addressed the sizing issues.

Updated: Painful when used for too long.
Updated:I realize how bad these are. They hurt if worn for too long. That is, if you walk or stand. That's what I've been doing, and several hours later I'm in more pain. I do not recommend these. They have no cushion whatsoever, and no support.I will say at this point they are good on icy deck ... traction is good, so I will keep them as slip-ons to step out and grab wood or something from the car. Just need to find house shoes that don't kill my feet.Older review:The good: They fit! (wow, I know, huh?) They stick to slippery decks, and other questionable surfaces. The "meh": The bit behind the heel is a tad low which causes strange feelings (precursor to plantar fasciitis?) and they feel like they might fall off ... they don't, so far. Also, despite the good traction, they are "clicky" so it's hard to walk without a tapping sound. Very cool if you are a budding tap dancer though. I'm not.The bad: The heel is lower than the rest of the shoe. There is no real arch support. Due to the low back, and the plush interior, inserts do not work. Also, quality-wise: I do not expect these to last more than one season. I got addicted to "booties" that is, slippers to wear inside, that I could also wear outside on occasion. The ones I got from Cabela's lasted nearly a decade. But those were discontinued, sadly, and since they got "retired" I've been searching since. These ones will get me by for now, but I know it's a temporary relationship. The "ugly": This might fit under the "TMI" section: So far so good, despite being warm, they don't smell. I cannot say the same for the Cabela's, which did, smell, that is, after not too long, and those were not washable. I have yet to find out whether these will survive a wash. Can you imagine the classic film if it was called "The Good, the "Meh", and the Ugly"? No ... me neither.

Cozy fit and plenty of side-to-side stability!
A tag fixed to one of the slippers advises that the fit may be too snug at first but will loosen up with body temperature and use and they even offer to allow the wearer to really give them a chance to provide a comfortable fit, even extending the return date to ensure satisfaction. In my case, this was unnecessary because almost as soon as I put them on, and were just a tad tight, they did in fact begin to loosen up almost immediately. As of this moment, having worn them for all of 5 minutes, they're staying on my feet! I made a pretty smart purchase and I'm thankful that I studied the specifications before I made this purchase. Thanks for such a great product!

great slipper, but...
Very comfortable slipper. However, beware about the sizing. My normal shoe size is 11. In all reviews I read, size was the main problem. All suggested ordering a size larger than the shoe size. I tried size 12 and found that slipper size still too small. I reordered a size 13 and that size is great.

So warm and comfy
My feet (and hands) get cold easily - Raynaud's. I spend most of my time at home. In my office I have a heating pad on the floor, which helps, but when I'm elsewhere in the house, my feet get cold quickly.Last pair of slippers finally gave up the ghost, and they weren't all that great to begin with. This pair has lots of warm fleece inside and a higher top protecting more of my feet. The rubber sole on these are nicer than my previous slippers, and the tread ensures I won't slip on my floors, stairs, or the occasional dash outside in snow/ice.Size - based on many reviews here complaining that they ran very small, I opted for size 10 (I wear an 8.5 mens), but I probably could have done with the 9. For slippers, this 10 is probably perfect as I wear thick socks (fit is a tad sloppy), and can put on extra socks when it gets even colder and not worry about my feet feeling cramped - and you want a little air gap anyway. A size 9 might still have worked.Edit - one year later, and I still love these! They are almost like shoes, but so warm and comfy. I've even run some driving errands in them instead of putting on shoes.

Order larger than normal.
They were very small for a mens size 10 (3/4" shorter when rolling sole to sole). Even though they are made for diabetics, the opening was still too small (no larger than opening on his old slippers), so he had difficulty getting them on his feet.

similar to hush puppies the classic American brushed-suede shoes with the lightweight crepe sole
This is so by far i like the most of a slipper. It is comfortable and affordable and it looks good on me. And the most important thing is.... it is WASHABLE and I am looking forward how durable it is after wash!!!. Then i dont have to worry about hygienic issue. I consider this one similar to hush puppies the classic American brushed-suede shoes with the lightweight crepe sole

Dont believe the lies.
I wear size 11,so I bought a size 11. The mouth of the shoe was like a size 8,so I returned them and bought a size 13. The mouth of the 13's was ok,but my foot just swashed around inside. Plan on returning them also. Also one shoe is bigger than the other. This manufacturer needs to be put out of business.

My sons love these.
I recently bought a pair of woman's slippers of the same brand, and since they were so comfortable decided to buy something similar for my sons. I purchased two pairs, size 7 and 9. Both boys found these true to size, and both say they are the most comfortable slippers they have ever owned. The 15 year old said he was never taking them off, but he did change his mind when he went mountain biking, and of course I am certain his school would object of us word them to classes. But since we are all in the house most of the time now, or perhaps our garden, the boys do wear these nearly every waking hour. These have a nice warm take the lining and memory foam underneath making for a very soft comfortable slipper. All that cushioning is just wonderful. They are certainly much more comfortable than any show for outdoor use, and we do wear them out to the back garden, but it is paved. There is a good rubber bottom on these that wraps up enough to avoid soaking through the boot on set pavement, and thankfully held up quite well when stepping on burning coals.knocked out of our fire pit, but they are intended for indoors. You could.certainly nip.around to the shops in them if you wished, but I wouldn't recommend wearing them in muck or through wet grass. The boys have found traction adequate on set pavement. I really wouldn't have allowed the older one to wear them mountain biking if had wanted to. I wouldn't expect them to provide adequate protection for sport. We haven't attempted to wash these and I would really rather not. The outside cleans up nicely with a damp cloth if needed .

Very comfortable slippers
These slippers lived up to the expectation set by the detailed description on Amazon. They are warm and soft with well cushioned but stable soles. I normally choose a size 8.5 if available and ordered the 9's for this item The fit was near perfect. The fastening system allows for some latitude and also allows me to wear an extra pair of socks if required. There was tissue paper in the toe area on arrival which I did not initially find and made me think I would have a problem with size. Having removed the tissue paper all was well. I am hoping that the sole will not split as it has on many (cheaper) slippers I have bought but too soon to tell. I have noticed that the soles are a bit slippery on wet surfaces but not a serious problem. Very pleased so far.

Great slippers!
I bought these slippers as I needed some more hard-wearing slippers as the ones I bought from Primark kept falling apart so quickly. These slippers were perfect, they have a nice fleece lining perfect for keeping your feet warm especially on cold days, they also have a velcro strap perfect for keeping perfect fit especially when going up/down stairs. They have a great rubber sole as well which gives great grip as we have hardwood floors, plus they can be worn outdoors as well as indoors (but I am only wearing them as slippers). The only downside is that at first the rubber soles do leave 'footprints' on hardwood floors so we have to keep wiping them away every now and then but other than that these slippers are absolutely perfect!

Design allows open areas between tongue and sides; comfort below expectations
These did not feel or look 'right' once on the foot. There are wide open spaces between the tongue and sides that will not benefit from the faux fur lining. The soles look thick and substantial but they are very flexible both lengthwise and across the foot and also are quite thin.It is accepted that there will (or should) be a period of adjustment and accommodation of the slipper to the foot and that comfort may then improve. Other slippers of similar construction but unlined currently worn were more comfortable on the foot, better fitting and also have soles that look and are substantial. These were consequently returned!

Is it possible to inform if product is made in China I could then avoid purchasing
They are slippers so you can guess what use they have. For the purchase price they fulfill their purposeDo other Amazon Customers get annoyed that virtually every product is made in China lets see if we can support other manufacturers preferably British even if more expensive
