Consciously Barefoot- About Earthing and healing inflammations: Consciously Barefoot

This book is a good general information resource for beginners.However, grammar and writing skill is fair at best. Which led to re-reading multiple sentences simply to make sense of what the author was trying to say.The sentences are missing necessary grammar creating hard to define run-on sentences making for a slow read.I am new to exploring grounding so I did appreciate the information once I could overcome the writing.

This is a book which is written from the heart and with passion but it wasn't edited at all, so there were spelling mistakes throughout as well as poor English which made it quite hard to read. The information given was very basic and lacked substance and clarity. Suggestions were quite baffling, such as to sleep with your mouth taped shut or to sleep with a string leading from outside your apartment and tied around your big toe. I'm sorry but I don't expect to read such suggestions from a book I'm looking to for expert knowledge and guidance. I actually couldn't even finish it and very much wished I'd chosen a different book about Earthing. The intentions of the author were clearly very good but the quality of the writing was so poor that it's unfair to market such a book.
