Didn't come with lock washers but still bolted down to a nice tight fit
Very sturdy for any bench tool weighing 100 pounds or less!

Better Than Expected
Assembly drawing has some errors & no written instructions, on par for China produced items.BUT, the stand was much better than expected on tolerances on components from hole locations to length dimensions. Once assembled & tightened it was square & sturdy. All hardware for assembly included and fit nicely. Suggestion would be to use some form of thread sealant since no lock washers included.Paint seems well done and appears not to scratch easily.Only suggestion for improvement is cutting of leg bottom. After install the legs rest only on outer point. Seems strange since unit comes with rubber leg covers for entire leg, but it only sits on corner. This caused me to recut leg ends horizontal to ground since I needed to weld castor wheel mounts. Probably would have cut anyway to have full leg/rubber end ground rest.Bought this as stand for new Smoker & only needed support for 200#'s. Seems more than enough strength for the job.Would buy again if needed.

Pain to assemble, but does what it needs
I bought two of these for my benchtop jointer and planer. Assembling the two pairs of leg assemblies is straightforward, but even with loose bolts throughout it still required forcing to get the cross bars into place - making it very hard to get the tool stand square. This means the plywood top must be drilled to match hole for hole. The provided bolts are soft steel and will easily strip if you bear down on them. 5/16s lock washers are close enough for use with the metric bolts. For my Dewalt DW735 planer I decided to mount it across the width, but wasn't able to use bolts since there was insufficient clearance with the metal support bars - this could be solved with a thicker piece of plywood and insetting the bolts, but I settled with wood screws instead. For mounting my Shop Fox W1876 jointer, I drilled through the center of the crossbars with no issues.Ultimately it would be better if the assembly was more predictable and the dimensions were published. I haven't had any issues with wobbling and the stand feels adequately sturdy once complete - it would be a better value if I didn't have to buy $10 in washers and used better quality bolts.

Needs Lock Washers!!!
Receive this stand today. Packaging was compact and pieces were placed between packing paper so no rubbing occured to the paint during shipping. The paint is good quality and appears to be very durable. Instructions were a single sheet of paper showing layout of assembly, but should not be a problem for most people. If the instructions confuse you...perhaps your not ready to use the power tools this is meant to support...my opinion. The bolts, nuts, and washers were fine with no problems. I was disappointed by no lock washers. Note to Shop Fox: Include lock washers. Everything else was great quality...so why skimp on lock washers? Have a talk with that bean counter who made that decision. Lock washers are essential on a product that will be subject to a lot of vibration. LOCK WASHERS!!! Ok...I made my point.Overall I will buy again if I should need another stand in my shop...which is likely.

Very sturdy stand
This is a very sturdy stand. I used it for a Rikon 10 inch bandsaw. It is completely overkill, but I like to buy things once.Pros: super sturdy. Easy to assemble once you figure out what piece goes where. It had square holes with carriage bolts, flat washers and nuts. I added some thread locker. The powder coating seems heavy. I expect this to outlast me.Cons: no lock washers. No instructions.

5 Stars Very Sturdy
Received and assembled stand last night. No detailed assembly instructions included, just a sketch. Easy to assemble though by looking at the sketch details. Assemble the two long sides first and only finger tighten the bolts. Attach the short crossbars next making sure the top ones are underneath the long ones and finger tighten. Place on flat surface and tighten with a ratchet. Mine was perfectly level on the first attempt. Put a board on top and sat and bounced on it to check for sturdiness . I'm 200 pounds and this stand is solid like a rock! Not sure about the 1,000 pound capacity but for my use its more than strong enough.

Frustrating
First of all, there are no instructions. Not that it's rocket science, but at least having the pieces marked would have helped. Also, nothing aligns, so putting in nuts and bolts is a nightmare. And yet, it is oddly stable and sturdy once built.

Good Sturdy Stands, but DON'T ADD WHEELS!
These stands ARE sturdy if you keep them stationary as they're designed to be used. I'm pretty sure they say to NOT add wheels, so this is on me.... I added plywood for the top, middle shelf and bottom, thinking this would stabilize the stand enough to add wheels, but they're not designed for any significant lateral force as needed to pull or push around, esp. with a heavy load on top. I used expensive smooth-running 4" wheels, so that's not the problem. I'm thinking I'll need to weld the joints if I really want to use them as I planned. I'll guess most people don't have room to keep everything stationary, so I'm sure I'm not the only one to try this.

Niiiice
These shop fox stands are great. Powder-coated, sturdy, and snugly fitted. A lot of the other tool stands on amazon were just chinesium junk - cheaper perhaps, but of dubious quality. Not so with this stand.Added a plywood deck, and the mounted a Bosch router table on top and it works great - stand is the perfect height. The biggest tip is if you plan on using this for any sort of power tool base, it's worth using a bit of threadlocker rather than reefing down on all the nuts. This will keep anything from loosening from vibrations.

Solid
Well constructed and fit was excellent. Instructions were poor so had to make changes on the fly during assembly

Very Study
I bought this stand for my Ryobi BT3100 table saw. The saw is about an inch larger than the stand so I put a piece of 3/4 plywood on top. The stand comes with mounting holes for a top so this was very easy. I hand tightened the bolts and then went back over them with a drill to tighten them up.Very pleased with this stand and it seems quite versatile in its application.
