100 Silver Plated Lobster Claw Clasps 2Sizes 50(12x6) 50(10x5) Jewelry Findings Lead & Nickel Free

I thought to myself lobster clasps are just lobster clasps. But there are things that make a difference. The clasps that came in my fndings kit also purchased on amazon (spent $4 on the whole kit) are of higher quality than these. I personally don't think they are worth the $5 and change but they aren't horrible.The two size varations are nice but Visually they look cheap (aluminum look compared to real silver- i know these are silver plated, but do they need to look cheap?) The smaller ones work ok but the large ones are hard to open for some reason (which is annoying because that is its only job). So technically these work. They'll get the job done but I'm sure there are better ones to be found.

I started using these today, and much to my disappointment, a lot of them don’t work. The spring mechanism doesn’t work, and they won’t open. They look beautiful, but that doesn’t matter if I can’t use them.

The first one I tried wouldn’t open. The next one opened, but not easily. I haven’t gone through all of them yet to see if others won’t open. I bought these to make stitch markers, but I don’t think these will work as they don’t open as easily as others I’ve used.

Perfect for making my progress keepers. Two sizes in this pack and the smaller ones are very tiny so I need to just find some small charms to use with those :)Seem sturdy through my use.
