So this thing has a terrible way of locking in the lens. A fixed lens is loose and moves around and even a thinn auto lens is too tight. Do not like it at all. Would go for the sugar scoop.

I’m pretty small and this is one of the few hoods I can wear comfortably. My head is a 6-7/8 size. The head harness is crazy comfortable and the drop down mechanism is surprisingly smooth. I had bout a separate head harness thinking I would have to replace it and don’t have to. I am very pleased with this product. I did change the lens, the one it came with was plastic. It comes with a rubber gasket which reduces the window view by about 15% or so. I took that out and put safety lenses in front and behind the shade like everyone does. I’d say it’s about an inch shorter than other hoods like this and maybe a little less than that in width if you replace the notches, or plastic screws on the sides.

This helmet fits like a glove. I'm unsure if you can wear a respirator underneath. Unless it's galvanized metal or heavy equipment blade welding, I do not use one.
