I usually wear Large hats. When it arrived it was way too big. I returned it and ordered a medium which is fine. Nice quality and looks smart.

Good leather with a nice feel and look. Fits very well. Husband was pleased with his gift.

When I first purchased this, it was to big for me, the company was great w/ fast resolve of refund and sending back. The next one size smaller fit perfectly. This hat is needed today. It has such a taste of class that goes back to the 20s the only hats I wear is one cowboy hat handmade @ Americanhatmaker here on Amazon. The second is this style gabsy newsboy style for casual dart throwing, drinking buds. Just as long as I can brag about my hat. Before I said anything, my buds were on their feet howling "Nice hat!" Wear it w/ suit tie, etc.. blows minds! Love it. Excellent. I believe it is right fit according the their chart. Trust the chart, I assumed when measuring and less than 1/8 percent, prompted me to get the large. Wrong, their guidelines were medium. Hope this will help you getting the right hat sooner, cuz hat lovers get excited when a new one comes.Esp Tmen

I ordered this hat because it's almost identical to the hats my grandfather wore in the spring when I was a kid. Pop passed away in October of 2012 and I've found myself with a number of his things from over the years-- a cane he made, his old car's license plate, his VCR... Just old things that I keep. I actually use the VCR daily but we're getting off topic. This hat looks a lot like the ones he would wear, usually starting in March, around spring or Easter through early May. And it was only twelve dollars for me so I decided to pick it up and see if I, a 32 year old man, could recreate the look that an 82 year old man produced and I've got to say it looks pretty good.Some people I've seen complain that it's too small, and while I had an issue where when I first put it on the snap button popped open, the hat seems to have stretched out since then and I simply snapped the button back in place and it hasn't popped open on me again. The material it's made out of does seem a little... I don't know, flimsy? But I figure that if I take good care of it, it should be fine. I got one that's a sort of muddled brown color, I like the color a lot and it even has some faux aging on the brim-- at least I hope it's just faux aging. Over all there's nothing terribly wrong with this hat and should suit the purposes of wearing it in cool but not cold weather pretty well.There's a tag inside the hat that says "65% cotton, 35% Terylene," I'm not totally sure what terylene is. Anyway, the real reason I bought this hat is because I miss my grandfather every day and I know he used to wear this kind of hat and it makes me happy that I can put myself closer to him by emulating him in small ways like by wearing a hat that he might have worn. Then again, knowing how all the hipsters are these days, I'm sure a lot of people even younger than me are already wearing these newsboy hats, so I probably won't be alone when I'm walking down the street toting this hat in April. I think I'll go wear it outside right now, as a matter of fact.

Nice hat although I had to buy a hat stetcher, as this hat runs on the small side.

The design

Unfortunately I had to return this leather hat as it was way too large. I mean LARGE! This is obviously made for a mans head. It would be nice if the manufacturer would make these type hats for smaller heads…or specifically women. I’m not sure why these companies haven’t caught on that people want customization?!? How hard is it to make 3 sizes…S, M & L? And to grasp that women like them too? Stop adding bows, rhinestones, sparkles, dangly things, flowers, etc to women’s hats and make them w the same quality and less stereotypical frills you assume we like and want. If you’ve got a medium to large sized head, this will work for you and you’ll look slick. Like I wanted to look! I so wanted it to fit. There’s nothing negative but the universal large size that I can find to say about it. Also, it did not have any weird smells that some Amazon items have and was wrapped in a resealable poly bag.

There is nothing wrong with it.. Looks and fits fine.. Just really cheaply constructed, but you get what you pay for.. Honestly I wear it all the time. I like it and how it looks... Just like I said.. "cheap"

Really sort leather, very comfortable to wear and looks smart. I dampened the leather slightly and stuffed with a towel to get the parcel creases out.

Looks good! Smells like some leather. It really looks exactly as in the picture and it does look good right here. Downside: The filling (hope thats the right word) is not the outside, its simple, poor, and bothers my forehead a bit. The rest is just great.

I have worn a ton of flat caps but they never seem to be quite what I want. Then I ordered this cap and found perfection. I love the fit and the quality. This cap is so well made and classy. It can be worn with a leather jacket, a peacoat or even a hoodie. Its the only cap you will ever need. I have now even ordered it in another colour.
