In the long run it does become cost effective it is a thicker texture and all depends on how often you prefer having a shake. I really like this product. It is really great for your body. It helps you stay looking and feeling young. It has all the vitamins and good things in it that your body needs daily. It tastes good specially in smoothies or just some milk. I add a little extra vanilla flavor and/or some honey. It is amazing! Highly recommend using a blinder though. Doesn't just dissolve in the liquid. It has an interesting smell. I am not 100% in love with the smell but it isn't that bad. I had my mother try this with me as well and she loves it too.
