AWFUL quality. Very, very disappointed. Not soft feel. Not luxurious. So thin it’s see through. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Immensely poor quality. Even threads hanging off them and bits of blue fluff all over them. 100 percentage worst quality polyester.They even rob you of money if you return item too - this is a SCAM. They charge you a "repackaging fee" if you don't return item "neatly packed" (have you ever tried to repack bed sheets perfectly = impossible). They also take the actual cost of initial postage off your refund - despite it being free on here. So basically you return it and get NO MONEY back, but they get the item back to resell and rip off some other mug. SCAM SCAM SCAM.DISGUSTING. Should be ashamed.

Liked- nothing! I would have given 0 stars if i could. Awful quality. Thread running throughout the seams. Missing pillow case. Wrong colour sent. It was definitely a returned item as packaging was not sealed and covered in filthy finger marks.Avoid!!
