My grips arrived on time. Well packaged. Instructions on back of packaging where very concise & easy to follow. I think the key to these stick on grips is preparing the surface you are applying them to carefully first. Just rub down the grip area of your gun with rubbing alcohol, let it dry and carefully apply the grips ....not exactly rocket science! Mine where cut PERFECTLY to fit my Ruger 57 pistol grips. Even a special precut area to leave the guns serial #. Also cuts to keep Ruger emblems and logo visible. I did some tiny custom trimming on one side but it really wasn't necessary, I was just being overly analytical. Once the grips are applied use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm them up and mold them into the creases etc. Mine came of PERFECTLY and real feel good, definitely an upgrade in my book. Doesn't hurt to go over the whole thing 2 or 3 times with the heat, I think it will help with longevity. I would definitely recommend.
