Simple, cotton-bottom shoe for tai chi. Seems well made. The fitting is a tad snug with socks, especially on one of my big toes--expect it will stretch, but otherwise comfortable. Fits fine barefoot. I'm shoe size 9, and received size 43.

Ok, to be honest I wasn't expecting much for $20. But when I got them, I was pleasantly surprised. The craftsmanship and materials are very nice. They're very comfortable and the thick sole keeps the bottom of my feet warm against the tile floors in my house. I'm a Men's 11.5 and size 46 fits perfect.

These shoes/slippers are good for tai chi or qigong if you are on a uncarpeted indoor floor. The sole is soft and flexible. I don't recommend them for use outside, or for tai chi on a carpeted floor. They are more comfortable with socks than without socks, and are good as house slippers.

very well made with more durable canvas fabric, flexible, and super impressive sole which is several layers thicker and more reinforced than every other single shoe I've seen. Inside and out I t this is the real macoy, you can wear this both for martial arts and just with jeans at the Cafe. Men or women, great buy. Also, order a size ip than usual king fu shoes, im normally 12.5 or 13 in any other shoe, but a 46 in this kind of shoe and this 46 was too snug and not even doable. The quality and craftsmanship though is for sure best and American standard of what you expect, not flimsy and thin like the tyoical ones.

As with almost everyone else in my tai chi class, I had to order a pair and they ended up being too large because it was my normal size shoe. So I reordered one half size down, and the fit is perfect. Really these shoes are so lightweight and inexpensive, I never expected them to be as comfortable and to fit as well as they do. And they work great for class. Highly recommend.

Mine was labeled 46 and it really is a44 or even a 43.

A nice throw-back version to the early 70sand long hours (hours!) of torture learning proper form w/Jian and Dao. It is close enough to the classic construction that I am sure it will break-in correctly (and of course, be completing destroyed if you wear it outside)That’s the good.The not so good, but survivable, is the size ordered vs size delivered which was a 4.4 (waaay to small) which was not was ordered and not even an available selection.that being said, mistakes happen and the cost to ship return and cost to ship replacement is not justified by the shoes actual cost.Also, it is in my little sister size and she loves them.Ain’t nostalgia grand.

1st time I ordered a similar shoe I ordered a size 43 as Chinese sizes are usually small. They were too big. 2nd time I ordered a similar product I ordered a 41. Too small. This time I went Mama Bear and ordered a 42. Perfect. Plus this brand is higher at the back. The others were lower and hard to keep on. Cotton soles are great for working out on rubberized floor mats.

Very comfortable also when you are not training.

I followed directions to get correct size. I'm normally 9 but directions for foot length said to buy 10 1/2. Because you never know with Chinese sizing I went ahead. The shoes were an inch too long. I missed that they weren't prime so now I have to pay for shipping on return which will be more than half the price.Never again.
