This is one of the main go-to products in my kitchen. The consistency is always the same (appearance, dissolution, scent), the flavor is awesome, and it's the secret ingredient in many of my favorite dishes (broccoli, mixed veggies, beans, peas, stews, rice, etc). It lasts me a while due to the size of the container, and I just replenish the supply before I run out. It's just more convenient for me to purchase it online because local grocery stores have smaller containers, or the cubes.Not that it's ever claimed to be, but this is not a vegetarian (let alone vegan or Kosher) product. Amongst other ingredients, it does contain chicken fat, which I'm assuming is desiccated portions of a formerly live chicken, and not coming by way of liposuction. That's all fine and stuff... just don't use this to cook if you're feeding someone that's a straight-up vegetarian or vegan. That's not nice! LOL! Also, the salt content is EXTREMELY high! GOOD Lord! For anyone with high blood pressure, or at risk of a cardiovascular event, be mindful that a little bit goes a very long way.I try to reorder from the same supplier each time. My gripes have nothing to do with the product itself (I understand that air is required to package it tightly and keep it fresh, hence the roughly 4" of space from the top upon opening), but with the sellers' method of packaging. I usually buy at least a twin-pack, and both the bottles are taped together... with packing tape. So by the time I'm done cutting through the packing tape that's hugging both the containers together, there's very little of the affected portion remaining. Also, I'd love to read more of the ingredients and nutrition facts, but I don't want to make the time to relearn Spanish right now... =/ Either way, the tape peels it all away. It would be nice if they could just not tamper with my product and find another way to keep them together; a thick rubber band, perhaps. Another thing I've noticed, which I almost didn't put in here, had it not been for their 'Easy to use' caption above that allows you to rate it from 1-5 stars, is that when you're running low, you have to really dig deep down in there to get the remainder of the product (if you're big on measuring) because the container is quite tall. How to get around that? Well, open a new one and pour the rest of the old one in. I can guarantee you that with all that salt, ain't nothing spoiling according to that 'Best By' or 'Expiration' date... if you can see it or read Spanish, anyway. LOL!! If you have big hands? Good luck... they ain't fitting. Get a baby to get a scoop in there and get the stuff out. Every little bit counts! Overall though, for all the years of wonderful flavors and compliments on my cooking, 5 Stars.I hope this helps you in making your purchase. Great product for all kinds of cooking. We use it all the time. For whatever reason the stores where we live stopped stocking knorr products. So, was very happy to find this available. Came in great condition. Well sealed. Will be purchasing this again in the future.

This chicken bouillon is very flavorful. It goes with everything you make from soups to rice to hot sauce. You can use it to flavor anything and it enhances the taste dramatically.
