My nose has always been hard for me to breathe from it always being stuffy & congested. I just used this for the first time ever, the instructions were easy to follow. This was easy to use and wow it really made my nose clean in the inside and I can finally breathe through my nose for the first time in years! What a huge difference and amazing product! Highly recommend it!

So much more effective than a standard neti pot. Easier to generate pressure no crazy head tilting. It just works.

Great for beginners, those apprehensive about the process. It"s not expensive, easy to use, clean and you feel better.

Been using with 2.7g nasal rinse salt (came with the Waterpulse) and 1/16 teaspoon baking soda, apparently balances the pH, no irritation.Practice how much to tilt your head so water comes out other nostril, and how much to tilt forward so doesn't come out your mouth.Valve at bottom of bottle (top when you're using it) lets air in. Don't need to squeeze the bottle, except to get more water out at the end.

I have used several kinds of nasal rinse bottles/pots in the past and this one is the easiest and most comfortable to use. The valve in the bottom makes it so that you don’t have to squeeze the bottle. The J-shaped neck is genius because then the bottle doesn’t get in your way as you’re irritating your nose.I have very itchy sinuses due to seasonal allergies, but immediately after rinsing out with my nose with the separately-purchased saline solution, ALL itchiness was completely gone. I went from sneezing frequently to not sneezing at all!I live in a very windy area where air quality is often bad, and I can feel irritants in my nose after an especially windy day. I will be using this bottle and saline solution to clear out my sinuses on those kinds of days.This is a great value for an excellent product!

Waterpulse netipot appears to have a more durable plastic than the original NeilMed rinse system squeezable bottle. Waterpulse is comfortable to use.

Before using this bottle, I was using the NeilMed squeeze bottle. In my opinion, using gravity rather than relying on pressure depending on how hard you squeeze the bottle is safer and still effective. I've been using this for over a year now and it's still working just as well as new.I like that the flow is started / stopped with a push button as sometimes I need to stop the flow to breathe. It does seem that the flow is a bit stronger when the bottle is full, so the pressure is probably not a constant level as the bottle gets emptier. The difference is pretty minor though.Another advantage of this bottle is that it has a wider mouth, so easier to clean and pour the nasal rinse solution into it.Unfortunately the bottle should not be used in a microwave, so I actually use the NeilMed bottle to warm up the water in the microwave, then pour into this bottle
