Difficult to apply. Not happy.

The trick to using this item is to pull gently on the head with one hand and push the hairs down with the other, then place this catheter on the head and slowly roll downward trying to avoid getting any hair caught up. If you do end up getting hair caught up, they can be carefully removed to avoid issues later. To remove, pull up on the head with one hand and start to roll up the catheter with the other. Slow and easy is the trick. Take your time, but once it's all rolled up it will come right off. Make sure to have a washcloth handy just before the catheter is fully removed. Found it best to install nightly and remove in the morning although have had it on for up to 4 days at a time. Unlike the other brands, this one is silicone and latex free, plus it's see through. Medium size should fit most men.With sleep apnea one needs to get at least 90 to 120 minutes of sleep in order to reach R.E.M. (Rapid Eye Movement), the 4th stage of sleep, but if you are getting up every 2 hours to relieve yourself you get very little "good" sleep during the night, and this catheter lets one have a better sleep, which makes for a better day.
