My daughter loves to throw a ball, so egg shaped toddler crayons were a no go for us...she would think it’s time for pitching practice. These are easy to hold and the colors are pretty pigmented. I also like that they can’t roll off the table. Only downside I have seen is there is no black or brown crayon. It’s not a huge deal…just can’t accurately color the “brown” page in the “color names” section of my daughters coloring book. The points of the stars provide quite a bit of accuracy with coloring thin lines. The crayons don’t seem to be wearing down and running out quickly, so they should last a while.

I can’t say enough about these crayons. The shape of them results in a perfect grip no matter how absentmindedly your kid grabs them. Also the tips of the stars allow for somewhat precise coloring as opposed to the larger egg shaped toddler crayons. The quality of color and smoothness of the crayons was a pleasant surprise to as well. They are cute and very easy to pack along. Perfectly sized, perfect all around. We are obsessed.

Nice color and size. Grandson loved them. Happy with the color assortment but took off one star because they are a bit too waxy. (grandson did not mind but I thought they could be more deeper when coloring)

The media could not be loaded. My 3-year old son loves them. The triangular shape makes it easy for him to hold.He's rough on crayons, markers, and pencils, but so far these have proven to be pretty durable and there's no smudging.I do have a few issues though. First, if you or your child have issues with strong smells, you may want to try another brand. They have a very strong musky odor that really settles in the back of your throat. I'm very sensitive to smells and as soon as he pulls them out to color with, I can smell them from across the room.Second, the color distribution is a bit uneven. Yes,I know they're for toddlers and it really doesn't matter, but it's worth mentioning anyway.

I love all the Ooly products! The quality is super always, and this crayons are the real deal. One of my nephew left them outside and the sun melt them. But I put it in the fridge… and voilá! Perfect again!!

These are great for carrying out and about to keep the kids entertained; they won’t break like regular crayons would. They’re durable and lovely to hold. Very expensive though!
