I ordered quite a few different brands of flameless candles during the holiday. These were the only taper candles I tried but I really love them. They look natural, like newly lit candles. At first I thought that the flame color was a bit off. It seemed whiter and a little rose colored but I guess I am just used to the yellow/orange color that my older ones have. I lit my own real candle and the color is almost identical! We did a candle comparison and everyone said that the flame color of these looked very real. The color is also very soft and relaxing. Not too white and bright and not at all yellow. In fact, I ended up returning all of the other candles I had ordered because these made me realize that their flame color didn't look natural. So now I am on the hunt for good pillar and tea light candles. I lite them every evening for 3-4 hrs maybe. They don't come with batteries, I wish that they did but only the remote does. I just have Costco brand batteries in them and they have lasted so far. Remote has worked well. Sometimes I have to press it a couple times for them all to come on, if I have allot in one area. I have 3 packs total and they are mixed but I think thats normal and not a big deal to me. I have yet to use the timer. I have not experienced them turning on by themselves. I do see other “brands” or sellers with ones that look to be the same (and probably are since they all come from China anyways) for a little bit better price but since these work really well so far I’ll most likely just stick with these when its time to order more. I have had them for about a month now. I would recommend them! Oh, I also would add that you may want to add something to help them stay in place like the rubber bottoms or the candle stick-um stuff. Allot of mine are tilting because its not a tight fit.

These candles were purchased to embellish my holiday decor. I didn't know what to expect but when they came I noticed that the surface felt like wax. When I put the batteries in and turned them on the "flame" had a subtle flicker. The only way the remote works is if you turn the candle on and leave the switch on. They can then be turned off with the remote. I haven't experimented with the timer yet. I'll be ordering another set for next Christmas - one candle in each window!

I bought these candles in gray to use on a high shelf where it was unsafe to use real candles with flame. I have never used flameless candles before, I like the real thing. But these are made of wax, the color is elegant, they look perfectly real. You can select the "candle" setting on the remote to get a flickering effect, or" light" to get a bright light from them. The remote means they can sit out of reach and be turned on and off. I love them!Please make them in many other pale colors, not just white or ivory.

I love candles but, as I am getting a bit older, all of my family is telling me: "you are going to burn the house down!" I acknowledged their concern and was getting rid of my candle holders but ran into some really great LED fake candles at a friend's house. A bit of research and I am replacing all the candles in my candle holders with these fantastic LED candles. The batteries last forever and the look, when the lights are lit, is authentic enough. Highly recommended!

These candles (when working) are absolutely stunning and so life-like...especially with the wax look/feel. All of the candles worked perfectly with the exception of one candle. It would turn on and off without the use of the remote....within the first week, it finally quit working all together. I'm a bit reluctant to send them back, as I know I will want another set and I'm afraid that I would get a set with one or two not working (in reading the other reviews).Also, I have acquired so many of these LED remote candles I started putting labels on the backs of them to tell them a part.

How can you tell a battery operated 'fake' LED candle is nearly as realistic as a 'real' wax candle? When multiple people try to blow them out!We purchased a set of these GenSwin Flameless candles in red after Christmas 2021 for our church as a safer option for the real candles we traditionally use in decorating the sanctuary for Advent & Christmas. Folks at church had always been resistant to switching real candles for fake ones because they just don't look as good -- something I'd generally agree with from past experience. However, these candles are about as close as I've ever seen to simulating real flame wax candles. I got a huge chuckle watching a few members of the congregation walk up to them after a service to attempt to blow them out, only to realize mid-inhale that they were fake!Now, even though I purchased them a year ago (after the Christmas season in 2021) we've only used them for one service so far this year (2022). I mention that because only time will tell if they last.I hope this review is helpful!!

These candles are in our upstairs windows, and it's impossible to tell that they're LED. The flames look very realistic, the quality of the candles are great, and the remote is very responsive. Of the 6 candles in the box, one seemed to have some trouble with the timer function. They replaced the bad candle and everything is working flawlessly. There's a lot of LED candles on the market. Get these.

I love these candles! A friend referred me to them. This seller stands behind her products! I'm so impressed! The first batch I got one of the candles didn't work with the timer. This seller sent me 2 free replacement candles. But unfortunately they were both broken (probably holiday shipping made for less gentle care). This seller stood behind those broken candles and sent me more replacements. This time they work perfectly! She went above and beyond. I sent photos and evidence of everything so she would know I was legit. I'm so happy with the end result! 😊😍

First, Love these candles! got them for my mom for Christmas one year and she requested more for Christmas the next year. They work amazing, though the battery life could be a bit longer. Love how they flicker and sync up to turn on at the same time every night.Second, some of the reviews say if they arrive cracked the supplier will send you replacements...this is not the case for Canada!! the supplier can't send them to us in Canada for replacements, but they can refund $20, even though they ended up costing over $50 with shipping. By the time I had bought new ones to give as a gift, I was already way over budget.Love the Candles, but be warned if they come cracked

The media could not be loaded.  Unfortunately all 8 candles have hairline cracks. They candles came very well packaged, so the cracks are not due to damage in shipping. Maybe temperature fluctuations caused the cracking? Checked all 8 candles and they function well. Our batteries are Everyready and silver and black in colour, and there is no colour show-through in the wax. The 3-D flame flickers, but not as much as the “flat” flickering in my pillar candles. I’m not sure yet if the cracking will be a deal-breaker. I hate the thought of waste (have you seen the documentary on what happens to Amazon’s returns!!?). I will likely keep them and enjoy them regardless

When I received my order, I was excited to use the candles. They look amazing, wax covered, flames are great, two remotes, timer, you name it.I put batteries in to find that no matter what I did, one of the candles would not work.I was really happy with the product so did not want to return.I reached out to the company who were not only incredibly quick to respond and friendly but they resolved the issue by having a replacement sent out to me right away. Initially due to stock they indicated it would be a few weeks, however the next day I was updated with a tracking number, and the day after that my replacement arrived.Beyond happy with the product as well as the customer service. Kudos. 👏 And thank you.

(Three years ago dripping wax started a small fire and burned this table - it was an expensive repair!)Candles look real, feel waxy, are asy to turn on and off, love the adjustable timer feature!

As I noted in the reviews of other unhappy buyers, half the candles came badly fractured. I didn’t even bother trying the others. What’s worse, the return process is not nearly as simple as when returning an object in Canada. The labels I was sent to download and print were badly distorted, and it took me ages to print them out in a format that could be read. Furthermore, I will have to pay for shipping which I suspect will be more expensive than the $20 limit I’m allowed. All in all, I’m sorry I gave into temptation and ordered these. They look lovely, and also logical, but are ultimately disappointing.
