It actually works great and is solid.
Fantastic for the price, or really not just that. Its a really awesome pedal. My friend liked his so much he bought like three other flavors. It is a great price, comes with settings to control the distortion (lights up with a bright blue light), the volume, the strumming output (tight, classic, etc) and another I think is tone or pitch or something, so that combined with the amp and guitar settings gives a lot of different types of distortion. Doesn't run on batteries, so make sure you order a 9-volt charger when you order one of these. I made the mistake of thinking I'd have one here somewhere or I'd get one from Walmart. Well. The small town I'm in is super small and the nearest store once I realized my FUBAR was like 45 mins away. For whatever reasons, if I ordered another on Amazon, now it would take like a week to arrive. Combine that with your medical marijuana that you didn't think was working, and therefore you took way too much, hit you like 9 hrs later when you're still an hour from home made an epic and terrifying journey which I don't recommend. It ended up as a song, this whole thing. So don't be stupid. Just get a 9-volt charger too. And of course a linking plug. But yeah, I can get crunchy as hell now. Would buy it again and plan to buy several others to piggyback onto this.

Neat Pedal, a Few Observations/Tips (Leon Drive)
I've never owned an OCD so couldn't compare side-by-side, but this version creates some great sounds. "Bite" is the word that comes to mind. One thing that took some getting used to was the HP (high peak)/LP (low peak) toggle. The difference is so drastic that if you set up the pedal so it sounds good on one setting, in my experience it will never sound good on the other. The HP is good for lower volumes, neck pickups, humbuckers -- situations where your sound doesn't have as much treble and can use some more. If you use LP in that situation, it will sound incredibly muffled. (If you play on HP for a while and *then* switch to LP, the effect is even more drastic since your ear is used to the treblier sound. It's like the amp is underwater.)Go to the bridge pickup and crank the volume on your amp (which accentuates the treble), though, and LP is the way to go. Get that all set up the way you want it, and switching to HP turns your guitar into an ice pick.I also found that the best settings are with the gain at half or lower -- sometimes all the way off -- and the tone knob cranked (especially on LP, which is always in danger of sounding a bit muffled).

Too much low/low-mids. Not a good OCD clone.
Supposed to be a clone of an OCD. Not a close match. Way too much low-end and low-mids. Tone needs to be 2:00 or greater in HP mode, 4:30 or greater in LP mode to be usable. In HP mode, can almost be a clean boost (w/humbuckers) at Min Gain. LP mode brings in another gain stage, and things get muddy/wooly quickly. Not a huge range on the Gain control. Clearer, better definition with single coils. Greatly prefer the 315 purple Overdrive.

Good beginner tremolo pedal
Sounds pretty good and is well built for such a cheap tremolo pedal, but the signal gets noticeably quieter when it’s turned on and there’s no level option to adjust that. I’m sure you can fix that using separate volume and EQ if you use tremolo a lot. There’s also a loud pop when turned on.

Great deal!
This little verb is amazing. Sounds great very wide adjustment, from in the shower to the grand canyon. I love the pre delay control(the large knob) It puts a zero to about 100 ms. Echo into the reverb it makes the reverb bloom. Great for slow blues. This thing sounds almost as good as my rack mount unit, and a lot easier to carry along.

This Mimidi reverb is fantastic!
This little reverb is an incredible value....whoops the pants off some of the 50-100 dollars reverb pedals I've tried.Quite, no annoying hum in the background, I just leave it on all the time. Turn it down and your ready for some country pickin,Turn it up and its surfs up baby!Dont forget to order a power cord if you dont already have a way to power it. It doesn't come with one.All in all super pleased with this.
